My relative arrived before we did. They would not let her check in as we were paying for her room, nor would they accept our credit card by phone. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where I was required to pay for the reservation on arrival. We asked for rooms near one another which was not honored. Room was not cleaned one day even with reminder.
We returned to the hotel at 1 pm one day and found all the towels missing even though the room had not been cleaned and was told that towels are removed by a seperate person who was not responsible for replacing them.
Breakfast was very limited, basically Cheerio’s milk, store bought bread ,jelly and peanut butter. We went out for breakfast each day. Staff was totally indifferent

Nice interior and exterior. It was bright and cozy.
Pros:

The entrance was bright and smelled nice when you enter the vestibule. It did not smell like mold or mildew. I love the fridge and microwave. Toilet paper roll is too far from toilet and short people have a tough time reaching over to get tissue paper in the middle of a dump. Its awkward. The sink has a slow drain in Room 133.

Cons:

No fitness room. No access to any working USB ports in the room. The one on the clock did not work. You need adapter in the sockets with 2 or more USB ports or a desk lamp with 2 or more USB ports.
