Price. Cleanliness
Room was oddly furnished. No headboards. No coffee maker. No ironing board or iron. Closet had fridge and microwave in it. Hard to hang clothes up
Most things were good.
Staff was unfriendly. When we would say hello they would either grunt or nothing.
I liked that there were enough towels
The wifi was awful and it was super slow. I was trying to get work done in the morning and it took forever due to the laginess. The bathroom fan was extremely loud. The breakfast options could have been improved. There was no protein.
It was clean and a good location
The toilets are too low and some of the towels were very thin and not able to dry with. Had a lot of trouble with the keys not working.

We stayed 4 nights and don't like to have anyone in our room to clean during our stays.
I was able to get towels from the front desk, toilet paper too, although one time I was given a partial roll.
Our shampoo was empty upon arrival, and as I said we don't like the cleaners in our room so that was annoying. BUT, the front desk gave me a new bottle and simply asked me to leave it in the bathroom, which we did so that was cool.

Our car was not stolen or windows broken, and no one broke into our room which was a constant worry during our stay.
Rooms smell like cigarette smoke and mold, door locks did not work, bathroom had no counter and sink was falling off wall.
Clean quiet room. Nice comfortable beds.
Evening staff was OK, but the morning desk clerk was very unwelcoming. There was no orange juice for breakfast.

Breakfast was basically Cheerios or Twinkies. Bread looked horrible. Not much to drink if you're not a coffee drinker.

We were in a Handicapped room and the hand held shower wouldn't stay up. Didn't need, or request, a handicapped room.
