Excellent Microtel good location.
Pros:

Another regular stay place, always good to come here.
Well run, clean Microtel on the space Parkway.
Check-in by the Wyandham online system, just collect your key card at the desk.
Nice large Queen bed suite room, had an issue with the TV so I was quickly and efficntly moved to another room, no other issues in the new room.
Wifi a good 70 Meg, passcode on the card holder.
Central loaction for visiting Houston.
Happy to recommend again.

My stay was nightmarish, unsanitary and traumatizing
Pros:

The breakfast was sub-par but the location was perfect for the distance from our event.

Cons:

Everything should have been better- we had mold on the ceiling, mold in the exhaust vent in the bathroom and on the ceiling. Water damage, lumpy floors which felt as if they would cave in any moment. Tiles by the tub/shower were cracked and the floor was unstable. The toilet seat was horrendous and the toilet paper holder was severely rusted. There was an unidentified liquid stain running down the bathroom door. The toilet paper rubbed the rust when pulled. The moldy smell affected me physical but when front desk was notified, he said he would take care of it. When asked how, he said he just needed to paint over it. The curtains were falling down. There was no soap or blankets. They had to be requested. The paint was buckling on the walls, baseboards separating from the wall. There was nowhere to charge phones and the TV was haphazardly connected. Fortunately it was only one night but it was traumatizing. We were not offered a different room although to my understanding, the other room that my friends had was no better. We were not offered a refund or discount either. A horrible experience. Never again!

I checked in only to go up to room and it was occupied already. And it was very hot in the hotel. The whole building needs to be pressure washed

Unsatisfactory
Pros:

There was absolutely NOTHING I LIKED ABOUT THIS HOTEL! The pictures online are a joke.

Cons:

Let me just start off by saying it was so bad i didn’t even stay and i am currently waiting on my refund! As soon as you walk in there’s a smell and when i got in the room and pulled the sheets back as i always do the sheets were dirty the restroom was unsanitary. Then they had given me a handicap room. I would advise anyone that’s planning to stay here to NOT!! Trust me you will be utterly disappointed!

Cheap but not cheerful
Pros:

Old, tired, damp hotel. Decor from the 70s. Staff were nice enough. Don’t expect to use the pool (pond) as it’s dirty and looks unused as well as facing the parking lot.
