The room was dingy and not cleaned well between guests other than changing the linens. The floor had hair and dirt all around, and the handle to the bathroom was broken. The hotel itself was very musty and wet feeling, with many half completed maintenance jobs and lots of dust.
It was ok , convenient to where I was going to . Bed was terribly hard to sleep on . The breakfast was not very good for a continental breakfast ,selection was very minimal. Staff was ok at check in and check out . Parking was good
The building very old, but most of the stuff’s of the room are renovated. Elevator is so old and scary. Breakfast is a joke. They had some mini brownie bites, frozen waffles and white bread along with coffee and juice. No protein, unless you count yoghurt cup as protein. Overall experience was alright. I’ve stayed at better places.
perfecto
It’s ok, could be better!
Smelly , if you book here ask them to give you the room without the cigarrete marks in the bathroom , also the humidity stench was unbearable bring some air freshener
Very nice workers were pleasant we were in NC for a family event could’nt find a room last minute my daughter recommended you
It was great. Smell of cigarettes in hall but not in room.
When we entered the lobby, the smell of pot about knocked us down. We didn’t feel safe there , when we asked to cancel, we were informed that if we canceled we would lose, the first night stay . We chose to stay and canceled the second night. We are still waiting for our refund for the second night and the $50 deposit.
Everything was clean and presentable!! However we were put in room 211 and couldn’t see out our window because of the wooden structure that was built in front of the motel. We couldn’t even get out our window if there was a fire. Otherwise our 2 day stay was nice!
Affordable
Beds are very uncomfortable. Pillows were small throw pillows. But other than that it was descent!
Checked in. The room smelled like cigarettes. The hallways smelled like weed. Checked out immediately.
The bath was clean, bed sheets clean, but the room itself was filthy, entire motel smelled of weed.
I have asthma and it was difficult I will not be staying there again.
Good things:
The front desk employee (or maybe manager) was amazing. She was very attentive to customer requests.
She was also super friendly and seemed to like her job.
Her service, as well as the other front desk employee, was very good.
There was coffee 24/7 if you wanted it.
We were given gift bags with a snack and a bottle of water when we checked in.
The bed was firm and great for the back.
Not so good things:
The lobby smelled like a skunk...literally.
I did not participate in the breakfast. There was not much there.
The room - In a non-smoking room, someone had smoked and the toilet had burn marks from it. The room needed to be painted and holes fixed. Tile had tears in it. The carpet needed to be cleaned. There was not much to the bed covers (wrinkled and looked stained?) and the pillows were super squishy and cheap.
Doors allow light and NOISE to come into your room, so sleep was a little difficult. There were very noisy people both nights. Children were up until 2a thumping, running, and screaming. Men were in the hall talking loudly in the middle of the night. Someone was opening and closing their door over and over at 3a which sounded like someone coming into my room.
The desk person was polite and understanding but unable to quiet the guests on my floor that kept me up until 2 am both nights of my stay on 4/25/25 and 4/26/25. I was attending a conference where I needed to be alert so I do not feel that I was able to receive all I needed for this. Also, there was no bedspread, no plugs for bathtub, the hotel had a strong skunk odor. I did not have a phone in the room to contact front desk or an iron. The carpet was dirty. The front desk personnel did listen to me but I am sure it was hard to quiet guests and rooms were sold out so that they could not move me to another floor.
Not good. Only 1 towel for 2 peoole. No sheets for the pullout bed. No remote. Crowd very loud. Yelling kids and adults. People loud at 1 am. The night person just cane on and we helpful but this is tge worst Wyndam i have ever stayed at in many years of travel. Toilet would not flush correctly.
Had a good stay. We ended up leaving some clothes at the motel and they sent them to us, we really appreciate them for doing that. Hope to stay there again
Cleanliness was so so and one day when we came back our door was left open after maid service
Room was ok, but shady people outside the hotel and inside. I was afraid.
