Cons:

That they still charged me the insurance seven dollars after someone stole my card numbers and tried to rent a room. They did cancel it, but did not give me the full amount back. I think it’s Booking.com that actually owes me the seven dollars and I’m pretty pissed about it.

Sherrie needs a raise!
Pros:

Sherrie was amazing! I was in a bit of an unexpected crisis prompting me to have to get a room for my fiance and I at the last minute... Which then led to having to get a room for another night... But was having issues with my bank card when it came time to have to check out. Sherrie was patient with me allowing me a little wiggle room before they would have to "kick me out." And in no doing so, I was able to quickly get the issue resolved with my bank, allowing me to purchase the room for not one not night but two. It was so refreshing in a world where everybody is in such a rush to go nowhere most days. Figuratively speaking. 😉It helped so much in what was an already stressful time. She was professional and accommodating and just a pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend this location for all your hotel wants and needs.
