This will definitely be my family’s go to for all our future vacations to pigeon Forge!
Pros:

It was clean, the beds were comfortable,everyone at the front desk was nice, and the guy cleaning the rooms.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is when I went to shower the water pressure was high it blew the shower head off. Not a big deal I put it back on.

We stayed for a few night with a pet and was super comfortable and it was a great location

An excellent bang for your buck stay in Pigeon Forge!
Pros:

The allowance of pets was super convenient! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the free breakfast was delicious! We will definitely return!

Pros:

Reserved handicap accessible room and requested room on 1st floor or near elevator. even when got to the hotel was told handicap accessible room not available. Not very accommodating for disabled guests. Breakfast was terrible.

Great budget accommodations
Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. Everything worked as it should. The continental breakfast was yummy as well. We are saving this place as a "favorite."

Cons:

The only thing I could think that could use improvement would be the elevator seemed slow. We often used the stairs as it was quicker (and we got in a lil exercise). Nothing to complain about.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. We loved the location on the Parkway.
Pros:

It was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great. It was a good starting point for all our daily excursions. The interactions with staff were friendly. Housekeeping staff was good to interact with as well. Pool looked inviting but it rained every day we were there.

Cons:

Facility was showing it's age. Could have been cleaner (i.e. carpets, paint) Weather was not the greatest and we had down time in our room. The sofa in our room was shot, should have been put to rest years ago. We had to take the pillows off the bed so we were not totally sunken into it.
