Pros:

The breakfast was so good they had so many options. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy grits oatmeal bagels toast waffles muffins juice coffee was really satisfied with it.

Cons:

The front desk service could have been a little nicer. Had to actually speak with the lady at the front desk because she was rude to us from the moment that we checked in and after my family booked four rooms and travel 10 hours to get there it was very upsetting and it continued the next day as well until I spoke to her and told her she was being quite abrasive and rude.

Great stay, 5 stars! Location, very clean, price, breakfast and wonderful pool after a long day!
Pros:

Clean rooms and pool, the price was great, and the biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffle makers, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, etc were great for breakfast. Coffee all day in the lobby. Straight shot to Gatlinburg, about 15 mins or less, and Dollywood was about 5 mins. Lots of attractions and great restaurants everywhere, including grocery stores. I liked having a countertop with sink and cabinets in the king size room, and the mini fridge was cold enough to keep things frozen on the top shelf. Microwave too! Loved everything!

Pros:

breakfast ok room fair clean some what needs up to date floor coverings. Pool is very small no hot tube.

Pros:

The room was big and spacious, nice bathroom. Desk clerk was nice, friendly employees. Location was good. Plenty of parking, had a nice pool. The hotel it's self was clean and nice.

Cons:

The beds we're awful, made my back and body hurt, and the beds were hard. The bathroom had some dirt in the corner and a black hand printed on the door. The hair dryer didn't work. I had to get another one. Breakfast was kinda good. Wasn't able to keep fresh food going. Biscuits were hard and not fresh. No butter to put on toast, had to ask.

WISH WE COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER

Cleanliness. Friendliness of staff. They were very helpful and polite. The pool was not overcrowded. Smelt, felt, and looked clean all the way around! Loved the way the building looks. We will most definitely stay here again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Cons:

The entrance...needs a bigger more noticeable sign. Other than that, everything was GREAT!!!!
