Please note that Nikki Beach is open from April to the end of September or mid-October. The Horizon Deck Restaurant and Champagne Bar are open annually from April to the end of September or mid-October for breakfast and dinner. From October to April it offers breakfast every day and the dinner service is available from Monday to Saturday.

camera normale,ma un po rumorosa ( presente porta di collegamento con camera adiacente di cui si percepivano rumori).

Pros:

An absolutely outstanding and professional staff member at the reception desk — Dario — who essentially saved the situation and helped us change our room to the one we had originally requested and wanted. He was very professional, competent, and responsive. I understand that he has been working at the hotel for many years and he certainly deserves the highest praise.

Cons:

During check-in we were assisted by a receptionist who did not pay proper attention to our request, even though I mentioned it twice and clearly stated that in my booking request I had asked for a room on the highest possible floor. However, we were given a room on the -1 floor. At the same time, she was laughing while looking at us and talking to her colleague, which made us feel uncomfortable.

When we found out that the room was on the -1 floor and did not have the direct sea view that we had specifically requested and booked, we had to ask for a room change, which was eventually arranged for us by Dario at the reception.
