The Horizon Deck Restaurant and Champagne Bar are open annually from April to the end of September or mid-October for breakfast and dinner. Très déçue de cet hôtel

La gentillesse du personnel et la propreté de la chambre

Cons:

Nous avons été déçus de la qualité de la chambre et des équipements proposés.
Tout d’abord, le mobilier n’est pas adapté pour un 4 étoiles, le WC n’est pas séparé des toilettes et il y a un manque d’intimité.
Certaines parties de la chambre présentaient un état avancé de dégradation du bois.
Il n’y avait pas de verre pour prendre le café, pourtant il y a bien une cafetière.
Les chaussons sont très inconfortables car très plats.
Le personnel de ménage passe tôt et les portes qui claquent ne favorisent pas un sommeil profond sur le petit matin.
Nous n’avons pas apprécié les coussins qui étaient beaucoup trop mous.
Je souhaiterai pouvoir échanger avec un membre de la direction pour expliquer plus en détail pourquoi le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon et que l’hôtel bénéficie seulement d’un emplacement favorable.
