Bathroom catastrophe
Pros:

On the surface it was a lovely hotel, restaurant was very nice

Cons:

Lights were wonky, Bathroom tub filled with water and large shower head wouldn't go on, also tub was very high and dangerous
Room was very warm, no AC

Great location, great staff, great property.
Pros:

Room was great. Nice and quiet, and not a bad view of the city (facing out the back of the hotel). The restaurant was good. The location of the hotel is great.....about half way between the airport and downtown Dublin.

Cons:

Right now, I cannot really think of anything I didn't like. The front desk staff were great, and the room was serviced as they promised. We had everything we needed to make it a great experience. Many thanks!

Pros:

The hotel was lovely, clean and well kept.

Cons:

The room was very small. Pillows were very firm, uncomfortably so. We asked for water on our second day aftet the room was serviced but were told you only get it on day of arrival. Didn't like that.

Great for a base to explore Dublin.
Pros:

Location was good, great parking and restaurants nearby. Easy to get transport into city centre. Botanical gardens were a 20 min walk away, well worth a visit.

Very happy customers !!
Pros:

The homely touches of a kettle, and shortbread biscuits !! Water also supplied ! We adored the fact that the Hotel uses Rituals in the shower and hand wash. Everything was spotless and staff were so helpful and courteous !!

Cons:

Maybe a softer pillow......

Perfect location for event at DCU St. Patrick’s. Nice restaurant and bar. Room was well set up - kettle, tea , coffee, fridge, decent bathroom, comfortable bed

Cons:

My husband would’ve liked a coffee maker. We could hear the neighbours TV until the wee hours. The shower spilled onto the floor - would prefer a door

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Hotel.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig.
Der Kaffee war super.
Der Barkeeper hat mir meinen Lieblingscocktail gemixt, obwohl er nicht auf der Karte stand. Das war mega :-)
