Facility was clean. Breakfast was good - many options. Staff was very friendly. Hotel had the best price around. Would stay there again

Cons:

Only 1 elevator. No bacon served at breakfast. DIRECT TV guide was annoying to use.

Lovely hotel, convenient location
Pros:

Very friendly reception staff. The atmosphere and value from money were very good.
Wonderful views of Pikes Peak.
Lovely room, liked the divider to separate 'lounge' from 'bedroom'.
Tea, coffee and flavoured water available all day in reception area.
Swimming pool cool to enter, but once you start swimming, you don't notice the temperature. The hot-tub, however, was rather hot especially after swimming in the pool. The opening hours were very good, in the evening it's adults only.
Everything was very clean, quite good value for money.
As with most hotels, you can hear the TV in the neighbouring rooms so can be a little noisy.
The only downsides were that they used paper plates and plastic cutlery for breakfast, everything was disposable; not very environmentally friendly. Also, there was not much choice for breakfast.

Overall a great family/pet friendly establishment. Kind and helpful staff.
Pros:

Room was clean, breakfast was on time and good. Dog friendly accommodations. Pool/hot tub were well taken care of.

Cons:

Only minor complaint would be the shower drain didn't drain quickly.

I’m grateful but won’t come back.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Mechanical noises disturbing the peace and quiet of the place. Bathroom extractor cannot be turned off. Other mechanical noises coming from the ceiling in the 4th floor. Annoying.
The pool probably contained harsh chemicals. My son developed a mild to severe rash after using the pool. Not fun.
