I’m grateful but won’t come back.

Location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Mechanical noises disturbing the peace and quiet of the place. Bathroom extractor cannot be turned off. Other mechanical noises coming from the ceiling in the 4th floor. Annoying.
The pool probably contained harsh chemicals. My son developed a mild to severe rash after using the pool. Not fun.

GREAT HIDDEN GEM IN COS AREA
Pros:

Absolutely the cleanest hotel or motel I have stayed in. When you enter the hotel the floors are sparkling everything is spectacularly clean and neat. Very well designed and functional. They even added water with cucumbers and lemon to help travelers stay hydrated. Little touches here and there that show that the staff and owners care a lot. Everyone was very happy with the breakfast the next day especially popular with the yogurt parfaits with fruit. The bedrooms were immaculate very clean very orderly everything in its place. We were very pleased with all of this and will be back. I can't keep saying enough about how sparkling clean and how nice the staff was!

Cons:

The one big problem was we had no heat, we had ONLY air conditioning. We could not turn the air conditioning off. There were no extra blankets in the room. No notice that we could call for extra blankets; which we learned the next morning we could have. We are older and the ❄️🥶❄️ COLD ❄️🥶❄️ very difficult for us. BUT STAFF were extremely helpful and said they would immediately let the owner know. Again we will come again but will call ahead to make sure we have extra blankets, a KING BED, and HEAT! OTHERWISE, IT'S A BEAUTIFUL MOTEL!!! STAFF FANTASTIC!!!

We had a marvelous stay, and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast even had gluten free options.
Pros:

Our room was on the side of the building by the interstate. We expected it to be noisy and we didn't hear any road noise. It was very quiet.

Cons:

I thought the mattress was a little too firm.

Loved the GF bagels that were available!

Room was very neat and tidy - great view.

Location was very convenient to the places I needed to go.

Shower was awesome - great pressure and super warm.

Cons:

Bed was a little lumpy but I was exhausted so it worked. Noticeable dip in the mattress made sleeping a little uncomfortable.
