Don't!
Pros:

So for starters....The outside of the hotel listed online is accurate. Very lovely, clean looking. Once you enter through the doors is another story. If it had not been approaching 11:00 PM we probably would have left to seek other overnight arrangements. Hoping this hotel is in the process of updates.....I am trying my best to find positive things to say about the accommodations. The carpets in this hotel are deplorable....should be an easy fix. Our door on our room was like an interior door to a house with the luan peeling off on both sides. ONe very positive thing was the bathroom looked as if it had been remodeled...which was a super plus. Having mirrors on the walls of the bedroom seemed very very questionable. I would definitely remove those. Then, the carpet on the floors was definitely deplorable. Take it out and continue with the tile floors. Then on to the next morning with breakfast.......the plastic looking egg was too much! My daughter said it looked like the plastic eggs in her kitchen center in her classroom. This hotel
DOES NOT live up to the Windham name! With a good bit of help, I think it could be brought up closer to those standards. Also, Why would there be a need to make a copy of my license when checking into the hotel???? This made me very uncomfortable.

Rude desk staff. Apart from that, a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Well priced for the location. Comfortable beds and easy walking distance for food.

Cons:

The guy on the front desk was extremely rude and abrasive. Will not stay there again.

Pros:

Plastic eggs & pancakes. No one cleaned tables as they were vacated, so we had to eat in the lobby. Only cold cereal and yogurt were appealing.

Cheap for a reason
Pros:

Very basic lodgings…no frills whatsoever. The rooms were clean, but the finishes are old. The tub had no grab bars; slipper floor in tub made showering hazardous. Breakfast room was crowded and no table cleanups made seating difficult.”Plastic” breakfast ingredients…precooked fried eggs and pancakes were total turnoff. Perhaps the staff should take time to clean the lobby and eating area.
