It was a horrible stay

Our room was dirty but not as dirty as the hallway. The men at front desk were rude. We were told there was someone at front desk 24/7. However we were in room 315 and people in 313 started having a fight at 1 am. Needless to say I tried calling the front desk from 1:30 am until after 2am. No one answered. So I finally called the police. They came out and noise stopped about 4:30am. My daughter was in room 334 and she checked out later than we did. She told the front desk of our situation and was told it was 2 gay guys in the room next to ours. As if that was the reason for them fighting. Our room was dirty rug had never been shampooed and the hallway was even worse. I never went to the weight room or pool because who knew what bacteria was in there. Then we were quoted a price of $564.68 for 4 nights. That figure included $150.00 deposit to be reimbursed on our check out. We checked out at 3:30 am a day early and I was told they charged me for supposedly 3nights $458.95. But never was reimbursed the $150.00 deposit. That should be sent back to my credit card. I think I should only be charged for 2 nights not 3 since of the situation with the noise, the filth and rudeness as well as checking out at 3:30 am. We had to pay extra to change our flight of $202.00 to change our flight. Also all the rooms by us were smoke free however the smell of weed was very strong in the hallway. No one seemed to care about that.
