The employees were super kind and helpful, great breakfast selections, and the outside was very well taken care of and pretty with the flowers.
The room had holes and stains on the walls. There was no blanket just what seemed to be 2 sheets, the whole room smelled funny the bed smelled like hospital sheets. The elevator was slow. Multiple dead bugs in the stair way.
I first went to the wrong one which was like 10 mins from each other and the girl did not greet me she was playing with her phone until I had to address her with that. Let that one and arrived at the correct location waited for 15 mins or more to be checked in the man carefully went over stuff with the family before me and when it came time for him to check me in he act with no interest walked off with out telling me how to get to my room and it was spooky by the time I reach the second floor there he was on that floor two doors across from my room I was very uncomfortable and not feeling safe at all also on line your place looks more cleaner and up scale but in person was not to my satisfaction but it was to late to change hotels all together no good customer service at all.

Must be going through a remodel also, a good but if black mold in the bathroom sink and evidence of bodily fluid on the chair installed at the desk in the room. Also, no comforter type blanket on the bed or available in room closet.

Bottom line, the key reason why I gave a good score was the shuttle service - it was PERFECT. I had zero wait time or "down" time at all, neither in the lobby waiting for the shuttle, nor at the airport, when I was coming back to my car at the hotel. Your shuttle service was basically perfect! I admit, however, and try unfortunately... the hotel needs a clean-up. The walls, floors, and general areas other than the beds were quite dirty. I am sorry to say it, but they were borderline unacceptable. They really need to clean up common areas and areas within the hotel room that aren't the actual bedding.
The hotel elevator needs new rug as well as the floors. It looks seedy and although it’s a non smoking hotel you can tell people smoke in their rooms. The bathroom was clean. Wouldn’t recommend. I guess you get what you pay for.

I arrived after the blizzard, expecting at the very least a safe and comfortable environment. Unfortunately, what I encountered was entirely unacceptable. The condition of both the room and the hotel overall was atrocious—easily among the worst properties I have ever experienced.
The standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic hospitality were severely lacking. The environment felt neglected and unfit for guests, to the extent that I genuinely did not feel comfortable staying there. Frankly, the condition of the property made it feel more like a place for vagrants than a hotel accommodating paying guests.
To make matters worse, I attempted to reach out to both Booking.com and your team regarding these issues, but received no meaningful response from either side. This lack of accountability and customer support only compounded an already frustrating experience.
Airport shuttle was very quick and responsidve.
Facilities were rather worn and tatty, especially the carpets). Bathroom was more updated and to standard.

We stayed here for one night during a quick trip to Philadelphia for the NCAA Tourney and chose the hotel mainly for convenience and price. Unfortunately, the room itself was in rough condition. The property feels very dated, there were visible stains in multiple places, and the lighting in the room was poor enough that it made the space feel even less clean and comfortable.
It worked as a place to sleep for a few hours, but the hotel could really benefit from a deep cleaning and some basic updates. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless there were no other nearby options.

The bed had dirt and was not clean at all. The staff wouldn't change my room. I left and didn't stay at the hotel. They would not accommodate to me due to the room being dirty
