Okay, good value
Pros:

Lovely helpful staff, location was great nice and central, breakfast was good with large selection of choices, lovely kids corner in the cafe / bar with lots of total and books

Cons:

Failities advertised seemed different to reality - Resteraunt closed all the time apart from lunch time for private functions. Cafe area open evening for food but not lunchtime and no room service available. Air con not working due to maintenance.

Nice, but don't visit in the summer if they're renovating.
Pros:

Great beach front location. Great family room. Nice and quiet.

Cons:

It was a summer visit. They said the AC would be off intermittently. It was off permanently and the windows don't let in any air on the top floor. As a result the rooms were suffocatingly hot- much hotter than the pleasant sea breeze temperature outside. So we slept awfully.

It was an excellent accomidation. The room was very spacious and clean. I am very happy with my stay. All of us had a lovely time and created beautiful memories, sea view was a bonus.

Myself and family were not treated fairly at all.
Pros:

The only thing I liked about the property was the location that’s all.

Cons:

I paid for a ‘premium room’ for £278.00 and there wasn’t any form of AC in the room. There was only one small fan kept in the room, my kids were sweating profusely all night. I didn’t get any sleep because I had to stay awake mostly to manually fan the kids. Full payment was made nonetheless and no empathy at all from the staff I complained to.
