On the whole a very good experience for the one night, but would not choose for longer stay

Location very good

Cons:

Ramp for wheelchair was a little out of the way. Room was for 2 people but only 1 comfy chair. Was difficult getting into the room with wheelchair, door very heavy

It was ok
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The walls between the rooms are not very sound proof and we were disturbed 2 nights in a row by the people in the next room turning on their TV at 4.45am with the volume turned up.

Value for money as great location, comfy room with plenty of space, needs some TLC.
Pros:

Location was good as was the room size and comfort of the bed. The room had a desk and chair which was useful.

Cons:

There was a slight drainage smell, the room need a more through hoover particularly under the bed and there was flaking paintwork etc in the bathroom which made the room feel shabby.

Pros:

Goed hotel voor één overnachting. Brighton zelf lijkt wat vergane glorie te zijn en in het hotel zijn ook opknapwerken aan de gang. We lagen aan de kant van de afvalcontainers en die werden 's morgens vroeg geledigd. Niets aan te doen. Het ontbijt is degelijk, maar er is geen overdreven keuze.

Cons:

Eén Nespressocapsule op een kamer van vier personen is erg weinig. Dat mocht wat meer zijn.

Disappointed not good value.
Pros:

Good location. Receptionists were very nice.

Cons:

Very old, they are renovating and they did inform us. Charging full price and no air conditioning as they were working on it, and did not inform us before check in. All furniture very worn and dated. Not all rooms have a fridge. Outside of property, front door and driveway dirty and uninviting. Very disappointing for the price.

Cons:

To our surprise the standard room doesn’t have fridge (this is very unusual)! We upgraded to fix this problem, unfortunately we’re not informed the air conditioner was turned off and no fan available.
The room had insect poo on the lounge and an empty grape packet left in it. Back to reception as only 1 towel, the mattress and pillows were lumpy and I expect very old. Not the usual Holiday Inn standard sadly.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, but everything was cold. Those heavy pots weren't heated properly, and maybe they weren't using enough heat. Everything was cold, even though I wanted hot food. The eggs, bacon, mushrooms... everything. They could change the pots or turn on the heat more.The location is good.

Pleasantly surprised and would deffo stay here again!
Pros:

Room was large, spacious and well decorated. The bar, sports and coffee facilities were brilliant. The hotel was in a great location and the revamped interior decorating was a welcomed.

Cons:

Unfortunately the TV although smart isn't able to cast to? The duvet was very hot for this time of year. No safe in the room for passports, and valuables.
