Fantastic hotel for a trip away in great location.
Pros:

Lovely room, great space and dining areas. But do younger children to play with toys available. All staff were very helpful. Will definitely return.

As said, my son and I have stayed at the hotel several times and always have a lovely time.
Pros:

It was a lovely room. Booked a seafront with a balcony. Very comfortable and clean but a little dated and tired. Not sure it was worth the price that I was charged. Have stayed at this hotel several times now and always had a lovely time. Breakfast is good, location is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. However, the image has not changed for several years now and could do with an update. Also an indoor Swimming pool would be brilliant.

Cons:

As I said previously it could do with an update. Also, it is a shame that you have a sports bar when the hotel feels like it is more for families. There is not enough for children and young people.

Cons:

There was a continual noise (like a plant room or machine) vibrating into my room. Also the aircon unit didn't work and the mini portable radiator wasn't big enough to emit enough heat as it was a chilly night outside.

Smelt of mould due to a leaking balcony through the carpet - couldn’t sleep due to the smell had to leave balcony door open all night
However hotel have offered a other free nights stay with room and parking

Toilets were extremely dirty, overflowing bins, only 3 toilets working, very dirty . My room was very basic for £310 for 2 nights was very expensive. The windows in my room were filthy, cobwebs in the corners mould in the bathroom, carpet felt sticky. I mentioned this to a staff member and was told the windows are dirty because of the salt from the sea but the dirt was inside the windows

Brighton marathon trip
Pros:

Location was great..rooms were good size, beds were very comfortable. Windows were double glazed so the outside windows were mouldy and could hardly see out of them!
Communal toilets were not kept clean.bins overflowing no toilet roll and 3 of the toilets out of 6 were out of order...

More staff needed in bar area on weekend of Brighton marathon...

Lovely stay on a windy weekend to support my daughter in the marathon.

The staff were friendly, polite and efficient. The food was good and the breakfast was nicely cooked.

Cons:

Our bedroom toilet bin had not been emptied upon arrival. The pillows were rather smaller than normal. The bathroom handwash was empty.

Nice location and breakfast, rooms below par

Good breakfast and pleasant downstairs bar area. Great location on seafront.
