Was hoping to recommend it to our son and his family but too many issues in tired room.
Pros:

Location and staff were great. But our room had no working air conditioning, window once opened was impossible to shut due to it being broken. Table lamp not working, being as there was only 2 bedside and 1 outside bathroom light the room was very dark.

Cons:

Very tired, could all do with a re-vamp.

Pros:

Located on sea front. Reception staff were very pleasant to chat to. Parking was pretty straight forward and convenient. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

I had an issue in my room with the toilet. The staff were great at resolving by moving me without any fuss. The windows need a bit of a clean, however, fully appreciate being sea front and winter, it’s hard to keep on top of. Had to get my key card re-activated six times during my one night stay! May want some new IT equipment at front desk. Even with minor niggles, I would use the hotel again.

Fabulous, great service, great for me as disabled so could just look at the view.
Pros:

The room was fab with seaview and balcony, also a sofa which was very comfortable for our lovely room service. The service was absolutely fabulous, all so helpful, even helped us book an extra night!!

Cons:

The only problem I found was the freezing cold in reception, bar and restaurant, staff were cold too. Not enticing to eat or drink.
