Location is perfect
Very nice room
Bathroom in the room was clean but the communal toilets were absolutely dirty
The only positives were the balcony with its beautiful view and the convenient location.
For £565 for two nights without breakfast, this room was very overpriced.
The room only had one small sofa with one small children’s blanket, which was not enough for my two daughters. There was only one pair of slippers and one bathrobe, so I had to go to reception and ask for more.
The kettle was old and dirty. The sofa was also old, and the carpet didn’t look clean when we arrived.
The only positives were the beautiful view from the balcony and the convenient location close to everything.
Overall, I don’t think this hotel offers good value for the price. For £565 for two nights without breakfast, this room was very overpriced.
Good facilities
Lack of parking
Location, size of bed and bedroom, en-suite and shower. Car park very useful.
No air conditioning, and no prior warning by Booking.com. Only fan in room, no bottled water on hottest day of year. Bar ran out of ice, and shut early at 11.00 pm?
The location is stunning, and the staff were very friendly, especially Mihaela at the front desk, who was so helpful.
Air cons were not working; however, we had been notified a week before arrival. We hit the heatwave, so you can imagine.
The sofa bed that can be extended is not comfy at all, and it keeps bouncing.
The hotel is situated right on the seafront. We had a premium room with balcony which looked out to sea. Quick check in and check out. Ther are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff are really helpful and polite. Especially Fiona who sorted out an extra nights stay, due to the heatwave it would be rude not too.
Food and staff was nice in the sports bar which is adjoined to the Hotel. Definitely a must for any sports fan with the 10 screens around the bar.
The location is amazing and near the beach.
The services of staff are very slow. It takes a while for guests to get the service done. On top of that there is no AC available, the rooms doesnt include amenities like toiletries, small fridge, lock box.
Never again any brunch
Never again any brunch
Location was very good
Window in my room was quite dirty
Location
Price. I would have paid less had I booked directly. Booking through booking.com was more expensive.
Excellent Breakfast choice. Reception area clean and both bars tidy and a great choice of drink and food. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
The hotel was a little dated and tired looking from the outside. My room was on the 5th floor and again a little tired looking. The window did not open and although a fan was provided, the room was hot and stuffy. At Breakfast time, staff had to be reminded to replenish items as they ran out.
Reception staff were brilliant and really helpful. My husband had done the London to Brighton bike ride and they arranged a safe place for his bike. Also helpful with parking and returning a mobile phone my friend had left behind ensuring it was safe until we could return for it.
It was a shame the air con wasn't working and my friends didn't get a fan in their room despite being being told there would be one when we checked in and after being reminded later.
Quiet room, nice staff
Breakfast cold, poor cereal choice, bed very old and uncomfortable, shower tray overflowed everytime we used it
