Would not recommend staying here and we will not be back!
Cons:

The property was old and in need of numerous improvements. Torn furniture, pool looked dirty, bathroom ceiling caving in, stains n carpets throughout. First room reeked of smoke but we were given another room. Breakfast was poor.

Highly disappointing 😞
Pros:

The location, but that's it.

Cons:

The toilet seat was only attached to one side. The bed was hard. The comforter was made of plastic. The eggs were watery. The orange juice was basically just water with food coloring. And the staff's attitude was the worst part.

Not happy with it. Asked for tub and shower the tub didn’t hold water out child couldn’t bathe
Pros:

The pool and hot tub were ok. The room was good I asked for a tub and shower because we have a 2 year old and he like to take baths well the bath tub stopper didn’t work so he could t really take a bath that well

Cons:

Well we were told that breakfast was tell 10am this morning I went down and got there at 9:25am only to see them throwing away scrambled eggs biscuits and sausage patties so we didn’t get breakfast. And the we were on the 4th floor that was fine but this was supposed to be no smoking facility yet the hallway smelled of pot skunk weed. The wife got creeped out going outside to smoke people outside smoking weed and talking about basically gang banging stuff and people coming and going from the other place in the back. I have to go to Wichita for dr appointments ever so often not sure if we will stay here again or not. The price of the stay was good

Pros:

The continental breakfast was pretty good. The location was good as it was near a variety of restaurants, stores, and other activities. The beds were comfortable too.

Cons:

It was very run down all throughout the building. Our original room was hot, stinky, had a big hole in the wall, and the floor & lamps were dirty! And the biggest disappointment was the pool was closed for maintenance. When I asked how long, the front desk guy said it had been about a week and didn't know when it would reopen. That's why I chose to stay there, but we couldn't even use the pool. And there were people smoking weed out front by the doors, which is illegal in Wichita.
