Love the location because It's close to where I have to do business

Cons:

The Manager Lizzie with ie as she expressed and the Manager over housekeeping were rude and unprofessional, asking for assistance about something I know I left and the room , they both brushed it off as if I was being dishonest.

Will not stay again and don’t recommend!

Cons:

Room we were given had been smoked in and had horrible smoke smell. We asked for another and the only one available was smaller, not a suite, and because I booked third party and PAID IN ADVANCE-I was told there would be no refund on the room. The second room was our only available option and found a roach on Saturday morning. Needless to say we did not stay another night! I’m sure no refund either given I booked third party.

The price was reasonable, but the stay was just okay!
Pros:

We thought the breakfast was just okay compared to other places we've stayed.
The bed was very comfortable!

Cons:

The dead bolt on the door to our room would not lock!
That does not make you feel safe!
The entire room seemed to need an update - the bathroom, paint, etc.
The hallway carpet was very dirty.

Pros:

I was leaving at 5AM. My car wouldn't start the night clerk was so very kind & generous. He helped me find a WalMart to get batteries for a my key fob & again to get a jump box. 2 gentleman in the end helped me with a battery jump but the kindness was beyond compare.

Not sure I will go back.
Pros:

Close to the place I was doing work, Braum’s and Sam’s right around the corner.

Cons:

Place is a little run down, doors don’t seal properly, no pillow thickness options, all one size. Water pressure is bad also.

The swimming pool was dirty, hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast was not great. No coffee, no gravy, waffle maker wasn't working. Overall pretty disappointed. We used to love it here, one of our favorite places to stay at but this time was so different. Very dissatisfied

Cons:

The hot tub was broken, the pool was green with trash floating in it. No ac in the hallways. It was stifling. The room was outdated and smelled of smoke. The furniture had burn marks. The carpet needed to be stretched as it was rolling up in both rooms. No remote so the tv was inoperable. Very disappointing experience

I really loved the location it was in. Everything is super close and gives you a good feeling of comfort and safety.

Cons:

The hotel was very clean but I was a little upset the hot tub was out of order. Other than that the breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve hadn’t most hotels just have milk and cereal, I was amazed by the selection and fresh breakfast they served.

Would not recommend staying here and we will not be back!
Cons:

The property was old and in need of numerous improvements. Torn furniture, pool looked dirty, bathroom ceiling caving in, stains n carpets throughout. First room reeked of smoke but we were given another room. Breakfast was poor.
