Pros:

La piscina está muy bien, con vistas a la playa desde la hamaca. A los niños les encantaba. El personal muy amable y la comida muy rica. El buffet del desayuno nos impresionó mucho, muy bueno.

Cons:

Se escuchaba mucho ruido del pasillo por las noches desde la habitación. En otros hoteles, en los pasillos, la moqueta del suelo y las paredes absorben bastante el ruido, pero aquí no hay nada de eso.

Los primeros 30 minutos en recepción me decían que no encontraban el pago de Booking.com (aunque les enseñaba tanto el pago en la reserva desde la aplicación de Booking como el cargo en la tarjeta en la app del banco). Lo peor es que no me daban ninguna solución, más bien me ignoraron mientras atendian a otros clientes mientras yo intentaba contactar con Booking.com.
Cuando pedí hablar con un supervisor a los 30 minutos encontraron el pago en 1 minuto. Un muy mal comienzo de nuestras vacaciones.

Very disappointed.
Pros:

I liked absolutely nothing about this property and certainly far far short of a property calling itself a NOVOTEL.

Cons:

Only one of the three restaurants was open, the general state of the rooms were extremely tired, this property is well below that I would expect of a Novotel property.

Great stay for a couple of days
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Clean private beach. Large swimming pools and a nice gym.

Cons:

The rooms aren't very large. TV had problems working, and the water would often change temperature randomly.
