My husband became ill difficult debris. We had to go to the hospital. I had to get medication. as a result, the room had mold in it. Please see the pictures I did complain. I was promised a for refund, by Jabari the manager, I was referred to the rooms manager, Romel I never was able to speak with him. He never returned my calls. I did open up a case with Hilton and I also reported it to Booking.com. This has been going on since 10 May. I have yet to hear back from anyone and then now I’m told that my case has been closed I want to know what the results were based on why please see the pictures of the condition of the room and my house my husband’s hospital visit

Bonito hotel con una vista maravillosa.
Pros:

Es una construcción antigua pero en buen estado, puede mejorar porque el extractor de la habitación no servía.
No tuvimos buena vista porque daba al estacionamiento, pero pudimos admirar la belleza de la tarde en la marina..
El personal es muy atento y amable.
Es bonito el hotel y me gustó la piscina climatizada.
