Everything. You forget you’re in the city you know you’re like on an island or something and just being on the water like that I live here and so my husband and I would pretend we’re on vacation we spend the weekend here we live right here in town my husband passed away and I went and stayed there after he died. I’m actually right there now across the street.
I think it’s too expensive for me. Sometimes you know I like the prices before the summer comes. They’re a lot more reasonable before June.
Nice location, helpful staff, clean room.
$45 to park overnight was a surprise. The coffee machine near the lobby was broken and the attendant said she had no idea if it would ever be fixed.
Beautiful location. They gave free (delicious!) cookies.

Not a pleasant experience. Bed was clean & comfortable. Bath Room smelled like mold.
Price looked OK ~$145. when I booked, but that changed fast upon arrival. Site says “Pet Friendly”, but doesn’t say you have to pay $75. (more than half the cost of the room), then another $100. deposit. (now 175.+ 145 = $320) Workers cleaned the room well, however the bathroom had a definite mold smell. Couldn’t find room due to poor instructions “Bldg 2” - Nope. Poorly lit parking area.

The location and the room. Beautiful place, very much enjoyed my stay there.
Well being hit with 40 dollar parking fee after paying for the room was a little scumy. Also it was crowded which I did not like
Gorgeous location at Berkeley Marina. Grounds are well kept up. Lobby and restaurant are clean.
My whole building stunk of pot smoke. People below us were partying loudly on their patio all night. My key would not open the $50 parking lot gate. I went back to lobby and it was “reprogrammed.” Still didn’t work. I went back to the lobby and was told I wasn’t correctly tapping the key. Finally it was confirmed that my key just wouldn’t open and close the gate. This was close to midnight when the worker finally figured it out. Parking is expensive. I asked to get the $50 waved which thankfully was done. I was refused early entry when calling a week before and was told to call the the morning of reservation instead. After an hour of waiting on the phone I was again refused. Toilet “whistled” upon flush!
Location is very desirable
1) Does NOT measure up to Hilton standards-not even close
2) Didn’t realize that animals allowed in rooms-received 6 flea bites!!!
3) Facility is very outdated
4) Love the location but will NOT stay there again
Hotel is on the decline,we've stayed there before,but now the restaurant and grab and go are charging Four Seasons prices for Denny's food.
Maids are rude,not friendly...not like a couple years ago

Location
Worn out, outdated, slightly dirty. Hiltons reservation system was down. Waited in long line to find out the room wasn’t ready, total waste of time. This is the second time in a row that this has happened.
