don't bother - hotel intent on defrauding their customers

the room was clean and the bed was acceptable

Cons:

the worst item is that I believe I was badly overcharged on final invoice provided after checkout for restaurant breakfast. I have messaged the hotel over this and have had no reply. Thus I have to assume that the hotel has deliberately overcharged and has no intention of engaging over this. Such fraudulent conduct is entirely unacceptable.

In addition, I would say that the hotel is overpriced for the quality of the hotel. The room felt very tired and poorly designed. For example bathroom ceiling was well under 7', which for a person of 6'4 is very low indeed. Furniture an carpet looked like something from the early 1990s, which is lame for a hotel selling itself as worth paying premium rates for.

It was not up to standards.

Cons:

After my husband and I checked in and proceeded to our room, we were shocked to find that it had not been cleaned. There was blood on the rug and in the sink, creating an extremely unsanitary and disturbing environment. The condition of the room was so upsetting that I became physically ill and vomited. Given these circumstances, we made the difficult decision not to stay at the hotel and had to travel back home on New Year’s Eve.

This situation caused significant inconvenience, as we had planned to attend a New Year’s Eve party at the hotel. Because of the room’s condition, we were unable to get dressed or prepare for the event and ultimately decided to leave. This not only ruined our evening but also resulted in a complete waste of money spent on the event. Overall, the experience was a total disaster and far below any reasonable expectations for cleanliness and hospitality.

Pros:

Огромная территория. Через дорогу есть бесплатная парковка. Но не везде можно останавливать машину. Тихое и спокойное место. Рядом хороший парк для прогулок.

Cons:

Впервые сталкиваюсь, списали деньги за 2 бутылки воды в комнате. Далеко от общественных мест. После 22:00 часов негде поесть и выпить. Надо ехать до центра. До Сан Франциско на общественном транспорте добираться больше часа.
