a perfect place to rest and stay overnight
Pros:

location in the absolute center of Lucerne, beautiful room, amenities in the room, bathtub in the bathroom, cold still and sparkling water available without limits, polite and friendly hotel service.

Cons:

for me the hotel had no flaws

Peaceful, Beautiful, and Wonderfully Located
Pros:

Cannot say enough good things about the AMERON Luzern Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect — just far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep, yet only steps away from the bridges leading into Old Town. We walked everywhere, including to and from the train station, and loved how effortless it was to explore the city from this spot.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with fresh options and a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to start the day on a high note. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to come back to after long days of sightseeing.

Everything about our stay felt smooth, warm, and well cared for. AMERON Luzern truly made our time in the city even more special.

Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Besonders die Klimaanlage war bei den warmen Temperaturen ein grosser Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Einzig der Preis war für mein Empfinden etwas zu hoch und das Bett war eher hart.

Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel aber trotzdem weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Amazing location, lovely room, great sustainability initiatives
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Check-in process was a breeze, was also offered a welcome homemade iced tea! Amazing sustainability initiatives like the “no room cleaning” option, which apparently gets you a free drink at the bar! And also a sticky notepad for you to leaves used clothing items that the hotel then can put up for donation is so amazing! I’ve always brought slightly older t-shirts on my travels and felt it was a great option to be able to leave them for donations. Not forgetting the free mini bar that gets restocked every night of your stay!

Pros:

We had a superior stay at Ameron Hotel Flora in Lucerne! The hotel provides quality and comfort with a great location. Florence has a dynamic personality and provided exellent customer service both when we arrived and throughout our stay. The rooms are beautiful. The air conditioning was a life saver as we visited during a weather event with extreme heat.

Great hotel!
Pros:

I think we had one of the only hotels with A/C in Lucerne during the heat wave and were so glad! This was a great hotel with a good restaurant with a good location. We were able to walk easily to the train with our luggage and to go on day trips to Pilatus and Stanserhorn.
