Great location
Pros:

I liked the proximity to the train station, and just the location in general was great. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

There wasn't really much not to like. The restaurant menu could be better. The beds were a bit hard. Didn't like the pillows too much.

Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location is great - close to the train station and city centre. Rooms were great and staff is nice.

Cons:

Had some problem with a double charge on my creditcard, and another issue with the refund. Staff was very apologetic and friendly though, so not a big deal, these things can happen.

Loved Our Stay in Lucern
Pros:

This is a very cute boutique hotel. Located a quick 2 minute walk to the covered bridge and old town. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate their recommendations and help booking our excursion. Breakfast buffet was good but expensive. Room was comfortable and included coffee pods and a well stocked mini bar (soft drinks, juice and local beer). Would highly recommend when visiting Lucern.

Cons:

The parking and breakfast were expensive but I think typical for Switzerland.

Chambre propre et tout à fait adaptée à nos besoins.
Le petit déjeuner était parfait, belle diversité des produits proposés.

Cons:

Rien à signaler de particulier, peut-être le restaurant de l'hôtel pourrait être un peu plus spacieux pour accueillir plus de monde.
