Great hotel in the centre of Lucerne
Pros:

Right near the old bridge in the centre of Lucern. Very modern and clean. The rooms could have been a little bigger but were ok. The breakfast as great, lots of choices. Parking is in a public garage underneath the hotel but safe.

Cons:

The rooms are very small. And the attached restaurant for dinner is so so. Would eat there again

-Chambre pas très grande mais très fonctionnelle et bien agencée

Location. Staff was incredibly friendly

Cons:

A little construction renovation going on our floor but it had little impact on our stay. Breakfast was good but the prepared hot items weren’t kept warm.

Es wäre fair gewesen, wenn man bei der Buchung schon auf die Baustelle hingewiesen hätte.
Pros:

Restaurant war sehr lecker, die Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Lage top.

Cons:

Aufgrund einer Baustelle vor und im Hotel war der Baulärm am Morgen schon ab 08:00 Uhr zu hören. Unter diesen Umständen war dann die Zimmerzuteilung mit Aussicht auf den Innenhof ein weiteres negatives Highlight.
