A lot of new construction. The fan from the heater blew at me in bed. On off, on off.
The stay was very nice, the room was organized and clean. It was a smooth experience checking in, I would come again. The location is right next to Stamford diner so it was a good trip
Great location right off highway staff is amazing. Rooms are very clean. Pool area is very nice. Perfect atmosphere . Nice and quiet
I find it hard to believe that you charge for parking. As your hotel has been “under construction “ for almost two years.
Bed comfortable
Got there around 9 PM and people were outside playing music and smoking weed. I was there with my daughter and she didn't feel safe - the guy at the front desk was very nice however, the entire place is under construction. I get these things have to be done, but warning would've been nice.
Check out was great ! Antoinette was polite and well spoken! She also smiled and made eye contact! It’s the little things!
The hotel should be closed until the renovations are complete. The staff are nice, but that's it. Rooms (at least on the 7th floor) were literally falling apart. The renovations throughout are still months away from being complete.

There were no blankets only sheets, and it was cold. The breakfast was junkie, no protein.
Continental breakfast was offered. They are pet friendly. The room was very nice. They had shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels ready in the room.
It was very hot throughout the hotel. Every vending machine I tried was sold out of water. I requested a 1 pm check in that was approved by them, but they couldn't accomadate it when I arrived. The key cards didn't always work.

The elevator! Didn't have any numbers, you didn't know what floor you was stopping on.
