I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it continues to exceed expectations with every visit.
I want to specifically recognize Gaby, who has been absolutely outstanding. She strikes that rare balance of being both highly professional and genuinely personable. From check-in to check-out, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel welcomed and valued.
It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Whether it’s anticipating needs, resolving requests quickly, or simply greeting guests with a warm and authentic smile—she elevates the entire experience.
In a world where great service can be hit or miss, she is a standout and a true asset to the hotel.
This is exactly why I keep coming back—and will continue to do so.

Construction, a lot of noise, people smoking marijuana (neighbor), while the crew was great.

This is a construction dump. They are renovating apparently, but they haven’t told anybody. Paint chipping off the walls, fire. Alarm is going off randomly, construction everywhere, terrible breakfast, rugs, uneven, hazards everywhere. The worst hotel experience in my life.
They took $100 from my account as a security deposit for damages, saying they would return it to my account in 3 days, but that time has passed and they still haven't returned my money.

The worse part is that we picked this place because of the pool to relax in the indoor pool. The pool was under construction and there was no where from booking. Com or when we arrived and even checked in. The person at the desk didn’t tell us.
We didn’t find out till the am when we went to go swim
There was no signs or notice anywhere and if it was online or on the website or on booking . Com we would have choose a different place.
I have complained and wanted my money back. Due to if we chose to leave we would have lost the whole price of staying cause of the cancellation. Which was not our fault cause no one told us!!!
I have stayed here before and my expectations are always met. The location and facilities are good. The Stamford Cafe that is attached is a top notch restaurant and surely adds to the quality of the stay.
I didn't find anything to complain about.
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Upon check in, I was told there would be parking fees, but if I was to provide a review of the hotel up front, BEFORE even staying, then my parking fees would be waived. Glad I opted not to do that! When we got to our room, there were food crumbs and pieces of food wrappers on the floor, leftover cat toys on the floor from previous guests, and there was white powder residue on the pull out desk table. I of course reported this immediately and was moved to a new room on a floor “no one has ever complained about before.” My original room was 2 queen beds and we got moved to a room with 2 double beds. The new room had floors that were so slanted, none of the dresser or desk drawers would stay shut! Just permanently open no matter how much you try to close them. The TV was also slanted forward because of this and don’t dare store anything in the fridge, because as soon as you open it, it’ll all come tumbling out onto your feet. The new room also had dirty pink leftover residue in the soap holder inside the shower and 2 bottles of conditioner - no shampoo. They also advertised a pool and fitness center. Both were closed! This information was not communicated to me when I booked a month ago in February, and it was not communicated between booking and my stay. I would have never booked here knowing that, and I had a very disappointed kiddo that thought he was going to be able to swim this weekend. Definitely do not recommend this place. 0/10
