Its a miracle that my car was still in the parking lot when I left my trip.

Cons:

Everything. This hotel is a complete joke. Everything was broken. Had to use the stairs from the 6th floor. Building was beyond old and musty. Staff was rude and housekeeping didnt even speak English. Building is slanted and drawers kept opening in the room. The worst stay ive ever had. Shady business practices. They dont care that guests dont have a good stay.

We enjoy having a drink at the diner; that is nice.

Cons:

We stayed with you a year ago and the place was under construction. But for the price, free coffee in the lobby, and free parking it was worth it. But this year we checked in, got charged to park AT THE HOTEL WE ARE PAYING FOR, there was no longer grab and go coffee, and the place looked messier than the year prior with construction stuff laying in all hallways and corners. Also there was a new smell this year that was not pleasant, it was also in our room.

Very poor experience. The corporate office should not allow " business as usual" when construction is in proce

The property was under remodeling construction. The lobby and surrounding area was in poor condition with construction materials present. The
A/C did not work well in the room. The worst was the condition of the bathroom where, when using the shower, the control knob spontaneously fell off and hot water came shooting out.

Where do I start !

Broken and disgusting and under renovation very slowly!!! Boxes everywhere. Trash everywhere. So many dirty and broken things in my room. Staff was rude. Breakfast was a joke. I would never ever recommend to anyone !

The breakfast buffet is very good, many choices of different food.
The staff are very helpful and professional
The swim pool has an extended time since the hot weather

Cons:

The room carpet is dirty and has stains.
The TV set control is not fully working and the TV is quite old model and hard to use.
The path to the elevator need to go through two separated stairs and it is not friendly accessible to have a big luggage and wheelchair.
The hotel is still in renovation and construction material is everywhere.
