I love the staff. They were professional and was always willing to help no matter what.

Cons:

My room had roaches. The mattress was caved in on the left side facing the bed. The room was a non-smoking unit but smelled like smoke. My room door looked as if it was once kicked in and placed back together. Some guest were loud and arguing.

Nice facility but stay ruined by one loud mouthed employee.

Renovated lobby are looked nice.

Cons:

Person preparing breakfast arrived at 5am and talked so loudly that I could not sleep. Very little on the breakfast bar worked for me as a diabetic. I finally got up and left early.

Terrible and will never stay again

Other than 3 employees who were awesome actual facility was beyond disgusting.

The manager and 2 front desk clerks were wonderful

Cons:

1 room had mice moved me to another room and it had roaches, shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, and bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Staff member that worked on Saturday was incredibly rude and then I heard her on day I left talking rudely about a coworker. I was a little bothered that she was going in to clean the room with mice. Hoping they did not put another unsuspecting traveler in that room.

Don't stay here unless necessary.
Pros:

The staff was very rude and largely absent. They were not responsive. The room missed listed amenities. I had to go to other rooms to arrange for them myself. The staff did nothing. I had to stand on counter for several minutes before the attendant showed up. There was no on there. They were exceptionally rude and unpleasant.

Awful hotel.

The staff working the front counter was amazing and very polite.

Cons:

When I got there I noticed a very unpleasant smell. I proceeded to get my key and noticed a sign on the desk that said you have 15 minutes for refunds. I quickly went to my room to check it out. As soon as I entered the hallway for my room it smelled like urine. I entered my room to find my window wasn't closed and it wouldn't close, then I started looking around to check it out to find roaches dead under the sink. Then I proceeded to check the room with a flashlight, and whay I found was live roaches scattering across the dark floor. I immediately went down to front desk and asked for a refund. The woman at the desk helped me out. And let me know booking.com would help me for my refund.
