I liked the front desk guy pretty cool
It was dirty smells like cigarettes too many stains dead roaches on the wall , like hello owners could’ve cleaned up the rooms better maybe they should put more money in this hotel maybe just maybe it would be okay but yeah very dirty and they won’t give me my refund like damn I didn’t even stay
There was nothing good about this property. It was rundown it smelled, which carried up through the hallways and into the rooms.

Manager was supposed to start a refund process through booking.com lied to me never did it and booking.com which pieces of crap they are stand behind a bad hotel rather than the Customer
The room smelled like cig smoke
Room size, location
Room wasn’t clean. Room smelled funny. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Couldn’t get enough towels/wash rags for everyone. Breakfast was Terrible. Window wasn’t locked when we got into our room. Floors looked like they had mud caked on them. Nearly impossible to find parking due to parking lot size and so many people double parking.

Bathroom was dirty, broken ceramic sharp tile in front of the bathtub ( I cut my foot on it)

Breakfast was horrible... All the food was gone when we got down there at 8 am

Breakfast was poor... Mold around the windows... Mold on the ceiling of the shower... Shower did not work properly... TV channels were limited to four stations... Carpets were not properly vacuumed
I’ve stayed there before the morning person they were nice but when I went back the night person was rude and hateful wish I would’ve gotten her name
Sttaff.was very accommodating, the ice machine was broken but the desk clerk was great! Got upgraded to a better room which was amazing ! So grateful that at this trying time the staff was 110%

It was close to everything
The hotel was dirty with signs of bed bug activity. There was mold and cigarette burns in the room.

Was quite around my room which was the suite
Wasn't cleaned right looked like blood stain on carpet and they need cleaned
There was mold around sink and tub cause they don't clean right at all
Also watched 3 live roaches crawl around in bathroom
Did not eat breakfast
