Pros:

It was very close to our destination. Very convenient for us.

Cons:

I have no complaints overall about the hotel or the cleanliness, but the mattresses were extremely firm in my opinion Which did make it a little uncomfortable to sleep

The price was within our budget.

Cons:

Pool was unavailable. Room was not clean. There was a layer of dust like it hadn't been used or cleaned in a while. The bed was very uncomfortable. The A/C was very noisy and did not regulate the temperature. The bathtub was shaped with a trough that was uncomfortable to stand in to shower. Had we been staying more than one night we would have requested a different room or property.

Pros:

This was our second stay in 2 weeks. We had a king room this time and it was better than the 2 queen beds. The bed was more comfortable this stay.

It was clean. The bathroom was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast only till 9. Felt a little hurried by staff each time I carried stuff to our vehicle. When coming north it can be difficult to understand where to pull in.

The pillows were nice. The front desk person who checked us in was very friendly. It was close to campus.

Cons:

The pool was closed with no notice. The breakfast was lacking in food choices, and the juices were watered down. The tub was uneven.

Cons:

The staff was rude, they told me i had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in, then checked in multiple at 1 pm and when i tried then told me i had to wait. The listing stated they had free breakfast, i went down in the morning their version of free breakfast was coffee and tea only. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN IF IT WAS FREE. disrespectful staff and they lie.

Le personnel gentil et très discret.

Cons:

Piscine hors service, salle de sport minimaliste et et équipements vraiment vieux. Les odeurs de désodorisant dans les couloirs de l’hôtel. L’humidité dans la chambre certainement due à la climatisation mal entretenue. La vétusté de l’hôtel en général.

The staff was rude, their was trash still in the room before we came in, we was leaving a guy was sitting outside our room and kept asking are you done yet so they could go clean when check out wasn’t until 11am and it was 9:30am.

Only thing I liked was the staff was nice and. Friendly that's it

They advertise a pool but I was told it's been out of service for years...there was no breakfast like advertised...the room had dirt on the walls and hair on the floor and bed...the TV was so old and barely got any Channels to watch....the coffee maker was disgusting I couldn't even use it and the shampoo and conditioner and lotion that's glued to the walls were all empty I had to wash with a tiny bar soap...

You will not get your monies worth as their sign says. Unfortunately will not recommend or return to Hotel.

Failed to have amenities listed available.
Wifi spotty failed.
Pool and deck are not up running.
Hotel report pool under maintenance. Appearing no maintenance in order.
Linen not changed out or kept up room. (Outside of our own clean up)
Out-dated and floors dirty with tape on walls hold wallpaper.
Door handle issue at times.
No access to onsite bar room.

Had to go off site to enjoy what should had been accessible at location as on web site.

Breakfast - ok , fruit looked sad.
