Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious rooms.

Cons:

Very noisy as rooms open directly outside. Road and aeroplane noises (probably to be expected) but no attempt made at.sound-proofing main door.

Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Service was amazing. Room was lovely and very clean. Free airport shuttle was added bonus.

Cons:

Had a downstairs room and no traffic noise. But some guests above us started moving around loudly at 6am. Not the fault of hotel but the info could be helpful to someone.

There was no coffee in the room....so we got free coffee in th reception area ! Coffee machine was there and cups ...but no coffee !

Pros:

Excellent check in/ check out experience. Loved my little pirate duckie.🙂 Room was excellent and well equipped with fridge,coffee maker ,and microwave. Complimemtary airport shuttle.
Would definitely stay again if travelling out of YVR.

Just okay
Pros:

The friendliness of the employees. Bees were comfy. Shuttle at 4 am was a great convenience.

Cons:

The lack of sound proofing, was woken up by a very loud family checking in at 11:40 and they continued until about 1:30 am. There is not any sound proofing from the outside. Found a hair in a “clean” towel. Had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle for pick up from the airport. Their messages prior to arrival said it ran every 30 minutes.

The cost compared to Calgary airport with brand new hotels is not good. $200 after tax in BC, $120 for a brand new, sound proof room and shuttle service in Alberta.

It was good
Pros:

shuttle very much appreciated after a very long flight

Cons:

The price was not comparative to the next hotel we went to. We had breakfast, pool and hot tub for a little less money. Because we had booked some time ago, if the price has changed the hotel should be passing this onto a repeat customer.
