The hotel was just what we needed for an overnight stay before an early flight.

Convenient Vancouver Hotel
Pros:

We got the free shuttle within 10 minutes of leaving the airport around 10pm. The hotel is convenient to the airport. I wish it were downtown but the hotels there almost doubled in price starting May 1st. This hotel is quiet and clean. An uber to the downtown area cost about $20 US for three people. We took an Uber to see the Chinese Gardens and the next day to our cruise ship. There’s an excellent breakfast restaurant almost attached to the hotel which we ate at twice.

Pros:

The housekeeping very kind ..she gave the duck thing for my little asking for it and very easy to talk.. just the cabinet of fridge broken that hurts my legs and the bath tub when we took a back clogged but over all was great

Decent stay , but for the price, you'd expect detail cleanliness and friendly helpful staff minimum

partially updated rooms, decent lighting, overnight active security patrol in parking lot etc, , parking lot ease of access

Cons:

-check in staffer was not very welcoming of me as a guest, just felt like another number on the guest list, also didn't really understand what i was trying to ask for room placement and other questions i had. Although i ended up having to add a night and that different staffer( if i recalled her name i would note the appreciated help) with that portion of check in process was helpful on some things even unprompted. And final checkout early morning staffer was extremely robotic and did not give me a final receipt statement i had to ask for one, and he barely spoke a word. That doesn't make guests leave with a good feeling after paying high prices especially now does it?

-a few housekeeping details on some cleanliness

-no more cable tv. at least in my room

-i booked and via booking site, noted a couple minor special requests for inital toiletries etc, they were not met, nor were they acknowledged, this is the second time of stay this has happened, will have to reconsider things for next time.

Great happy stay thank you.
Pros:

Great shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. When you arrive at the airport's shuttle bus stop the buses from all the different hotels show up with there names on the outside. Accent Inns arrives 1/4 past and 1/4 to the hour. After our stay we were returning to the South Terminal and the hotel arranged and paid the for taxi. Great service. Remember to pick up your T bags/Sugar/milk at reception to make in your room. Comfortable large beds, Uber taxis into town reasonable and quick. Great 2 days in Vancouver.

English Breakfast T bags would be great please.

Nice Hotel with Great Staff!
Pros:

When my wife and I were dating thirty-one years ago, we used to steal away to this hotel for weekends in Vancouver. We moved across the country and returned for the first time last week. It is so good to see that not all things decline over time. This Accent Inn is fresh and updated and a great place to stay. It is close to the airport, obviously, but also to great food and shopping in the Richmond area. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. TV, microwave, and nice shower. Plenty of storage space, desk, and lounge chair. The best thing about The Accent Inn, however, is its people. From front desk to cleaning staff, everyone we met was cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. I needed to update a document for a meeting and the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to make sure the computer and printer in the lobby were signed in and working properly. They didn't charge for the two pages printed, either, which is unique in my experience. The hotel is convenient, but its people make it home.
