Excellent, convenient location
Pros:

The reason for selecting this hotel was its airport shuttle and excellent location between Tsawwassen ferry, Vancouver Int'l airport, and downtown Vancouver. The room was perfect for what we needed as we transitioned for our move, leaving Canada after 5+ years.

Cons:

Not clear about where to take the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Pros:

I decided to return and stay at this hotel again, after I had stayed with my husband the prior week. The hotel is conveniently located between Tsawwassen ferry, Vancouver Int'l airport, and downtown Vancouver.

Cons:

The airport shuttle drop off was at the wrong location. The driver dropped me and my dog off at the US/Int'l area of Vancouver airport. My travel was to Mexico and was re-directed and walked all the way to the other side of the airport, at the International departures. There should be clearer drop-off points for shuttle riders.

Overnight stay before moving on.
Pros:

Close to the airport with a complimentary pick up service which worked very well.
Was only staying one night after flying in. Reception staff lovely and welcoming. Room clean, large and comfy. Coffee in room or free at reception which was very welcome. Got my free Accent duck!
Our only downside was that we were leaving at 8am on an organised tour and breakfast was not available on site until after we had left. The reception staff did put small packs of biscuits for guests on the desk.

Pros:

Airport shuttle.
I was able to leave my luggage at reception after I checked out and come back later to get the airport shuttle.

Cons:

The advertised on site restaurant has now closed down. I probably would have booked elsewhere if I had known that. The only options nearby were the Holiday Inn accross the road (which did offer a 10% discount to Accent guests) and McDonalds. Other places to eat were some distance away.

Cons:

Very expensive for a motel due to the FIFA World Cup events happening in Vancouver. All I needed was somewhere to stay for a night before catching an early flight the next morning, but all hotels in the area are price gouging and this was the cheapest.
