Accent Inns Vancouver Airport

Exactly what one would expect of a motel when you travel. Free shuttle service to airport. Very efficient friendly and accommodating staff.

Airport shuttle bus service is good.
When I arrived the bus happed to be not in service due to certain reason, called the reception who is very nice said we can call cap and the hotel will pay for it.

Ferry was cancelled so I had to stay another night. Staff were great in making this happen. We were rebooked in the same room. Very convenient.

I loved my stay! I booked a one night airport stop over to go see a concert. Airport shuttle back and forth to the hotel/ back to the airport to catch the train downtown was super easy and convenient.
Room was great, unlimited in room and lobby coffee provided. Vibe of the place was welcoming- someone young who knows the value of the little things must have been hired for the marketing as i noticed so many little perks to this place from the cute sayings on the benches outside, to the rubber duck branded mugs, and the take home themed rubber duck left in the room was a real cherry on top that other stays don’t provide or even think of
Staff were extremely nice at check in, easily accommodated my request for an hour extension to the check out time, once in my room i received a text from the company ensuring my stay was going well, i responded that it was and i would be back to get more coffee since i was tired, they replied quickly with no problem and i was welcome to as much coffee as i needed,
Later that night i stayed out later than expected and since i had already been in communication with the hotel i decided to text them asking for an hour extension to my already extended late checkout, they said no problem, which was a relief and i appreciated not only their extension but also their quick reply and that i could ask right in the moment via text before committing to later unexpected plans
This was such a great stay and very convenient for my one night side quest, i was super impressed with the thought and little extra attention to details, i enjoyed the check in via text to ensure everything was going good, and i appreciated the late checkout as well as the quick response after hours via text to extend my late checkout
I will definatley stay here for my next overnight quick trip to Vancouver

The room was very well situated in Richmond. Very close for medical accommodations restaurant was wonderful. Staff in hotel and restaurant very nice.

Close to the airport with a courtesy van.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and quiet. We did not use the airport shuttle. We had a good night.

Clean, our room was not on the main road side and was quiet, having the bathroom sink separate to bathroom was helpful with 4 in the room, great to have cooking facilities, plenty of parking & space for bags

This is Khou Chanthary, i has booking 2 room check in on 21 Sep and check out on 22 Sep, during check in your hotel reception request to have room deposit, deposit amount as follow slow detail(CAD267.23 & 288.11), as of now i don't see any refund back to my credit card, could you please help to double check what going on why take it long time to refund, thank you so much for your help.
