I was charged $300 over and above my room rate and $118 for late checkout I was told by front desk would be complimentary as long I was out before housekeeping company left for the day. Was out well before that. The lack of o final bill from the hotel and looking the other way while I paid over$800 for a two night stay was a deceptive act and Hilton supported it, likely owns this site that would appear to be their home site.
No housekeeping during the stay, property was subpar. Still waiting for a response from GM.
Room was, as usual for the Hilton Garden Inn, fine. Stayed two nights. Surprised to not receive any service between nights—no replacement for the in-room coffee and tea, cleaning, or making the bed. Particularly surprised to be charged a fee for parking in the public parking lot outside the hotel without any warning. I only first realized I had been charged when I reviewed the bill once I was back home. When I called to question that (seemingly deceptive) practice, I was told that the dash card disclaiming any liability for the vehicle was actually why the fee is incurred. I reviewed the card again and could find no mention of the fee anywhere. I understand why Hilton would disclaim liability for my using public parking, but certainly disappointed that Hilton would charge a guest for using public parking.
I don't believe hot water should be an option. We took cold showers or nearly cold showers two days in a row. I found the hotel uncaring and the local representative never responded to my complaint.
The property was in a nice area and overall clean
The shower consistently took over 20 minutes to produce hot water. I spoke to the front desk the first morning when I waited more than 10 minutes for the bath water to become hot and had to take a lukewarm shower. The woman at the front desk asked what floor I was on and stated that it would take about 20 minutes for hot water to reach my room on the fifth floor. On the last morning of our stay, I set my alarm for 4:20 AM, knowing that I needed to be up and in the shower at 4:40 AM. I turned the shower on at 4:20, went and laid back down for another 20 minutes and even then when I got into the shower, it was still lukewarm. I again took a lukewarm shower. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where it has taken more than a few minutes for hot water to reach my room. This was extremely inconvenient and I cannot imagine that it is the standard for your brand.
Housekeeping also left a dirty rag in the room and failed to fully stock essential items such as towels, soap, and a shower mat.

All good, a little noisy in the early mornings due to Truck deliveries to surrounding stores but not a real issue as early riser.
Nothing really to dislike about the property itself
Location, comfortable bedding, spacious room.
Reception staff (female) not very friendly. Hallways frigid. Toilet far too low.
Close to our destination for the evening, plenty of restaurants nearby
Didn’t like getting charged $5 to park in a shopping mall parking lot, didn’t like being charged a $25 “incidental charge” whether or not you utilize this feature (even if they reimburse the fee after the fact). Thin walls- can hear noise in the hallway
The stay was pleasant and staff friendly!!! The toilet in the room was low...not good for tall people or short. I am 5'2" and I thought it was low too! Other than that the room was cleaned and comfortable!!! When back in the area I will not have a problem staying there. The gym was AWESOME!!!
I have had to come to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville for Archilles surgery, and so have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year. Chase, the manager has always gone out of his way to accommodate all our needs, including organizing handicap rooms when I needed it.

The hotel is spotless and is situated in a shopping center which is so convenient. We have eaten at many of the excellent restaurants there, both for breakfast and dinner, and will happily return to The Hilton Garden Inn at Ponte Vedra, for all the above reasons as I come for check-ups at Mayo.

Nice location
It was okay but should’ve been better. The property itself was very nice but the room definitely could’ve been better. For almost $300 a night I expected not to have roaches , holes in the curtains, and unclean shower but unfortunately I got all of those .
