Adult Pool is re-opened from renovation from 30 April onwards, but unfortunately the kids pool is still under renovation up until 7 June 2022

More attention to detail would be nice
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and still have the 4 stars quality eventhough it still has the early 90s - 2000s styles, the city view from the room. The warm welcome by the reception team, shout out to Ms Viola/Viona. She really deserves a recognition. They fulfilled my request of room on high floor, far from the elevator and bathtub not shower. Thank you! 🙂

Cons:

The SAUNA is no longer available, please remove the picture as its very disappointing because I reserved a room at this hotel to enjoy a sauna after swimming. Fruits was on offer when booking this room type, but never received during my stay. Coffee machinne and toaster was also on offer but was also not provided nor offered while checking in. These amenities are still mentioned as offers. As a Front Office Manager of 5 stars hotel, i find this lack of attention really need to be addressed.

Heerlijk verwennerij!
Pros:

Mooie, nette en schone kamers. Koelkastje, iedere dag flesjes water. Koffie/ thee hoekje. Heerlijke grote douche. Fijn bed. Verduisterende gordijnen. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet tot 10.00u. Mooi zwembad, wel diep 1,6m. 2 kleine kinderbadjes. Ligt de hele dag in de schaduw en is open tot 18.00u. Dan wordt het ook donker.
Goed eten, niet te duur.
Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg. Naar het centrum is 25min lopen. Wel wat restaurantjes in de buurt. Winkelcentrum met kfc, mac donalds en broodjeszaak 5 min lopen.
Grote en uitgebreide fitness, tot 21.00u open.

Cons:

Er waren maar 2 kleine liften en geen trap. Je moest vaak lang wachten.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, cómodo, limpio, excelente servicio de spa, los masajes lo mejor

Cons:

Cero opciones para occidentales o problemas alimentarios tanto en el desayuno como en el servicio de comida, en 3 días me pude tomar 1 café y no comer nada de nada en ningún servicio, al menos tienen papas fritas! Lo otro malo es que el hotel lo arriendan para actividades y en horarios de cena es imposible ocupar el comedor.
