hotel is erg achteruit gegaan en niet meer NOVOTEL waardig.

ontbijt prima, en kamers prima

Cons:

Personeel niet vriendelijk, eerste dag geen wifi. Ook had op dag 2 geen handdoeken op kamer toen ik snachts om 1 uur terugkwam. werd heel moeilijk over gedaan en zou geen handdoek meer krijgen tot smorgens. toen doorgezeurd en kreeg ik 1 handdoek. iner slecht, het eten lligt 4 uur in bakken, is niet vers en ook elke dag vrijwel gelijk.
Zwembad verbouwing/gesloten en niet vooraf gemeld.

Remarkable experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful time at Novotel Plateau, Abidjan. The location was great, exquisite atmosphere, cozy and well decorated room at a great price. It was really a remarkable experience I am looking forward to coming for my next vacation. The staffs are great at what they do especially a lady worth mentioning. OHer name is Astha. She really supported my stay with a great attitude and very professional at what she does. Thanks Novotel for the wonderful experience

Pros:

Manque de propreté, j'ai trouvé bcp de cafards dans la chambre. Le personnel du restaurant est nul, non accueillant. Je n'y reviendrai pas. Les repas ne sont pas à l'hauteur : gout et qualité.
