Pros:

Good location, friendly staff

Cons:

The aircon did not work in my room. They were unable to fix it. Sleeping was therefore uncomfortable.

It is really nice and comfortable to stay there despite few things are highlighted as improbable. Still I can recommend

Emplacement : tres proche du quartier chinois Kota, et relativement proche du centre touristique + du quartier hollandais

De ligging vlak bij de oude stad. Het ontbijt is uitstekend.

Cons:

Niks, het was gewoon prima. Toen wij er waren was het restaurant voor het avond eten wel opvallend leeg.

Satisfactory stay in a pleasant but tired hotel needing refurbishment

Value for money. Good room size. Large pool.

Cons:

While the breakfast offering has a wide variety of foods, the quality of food is below average. There are many areas of the hotel that are tired and needing upkeep including a heavily cracked bathroom basin, faded and threadbare carpet patches in bedroom. The pool is large but has just 5 daybeds, all without mattress tops and all faded by the sun.

السعر مقابل الموقع والنظافه والفخامه
الغرف وسيعه الموظفين جدا ودودين
الحقيقه كل شيء ممتاز استأجرت غرفتين الغرفه الواحده تقريبا ب 180 شامل الافطار

فقط المسبح اثناء السباحه لم يكن الفلتر يعمل
والنظافه لم تعجبني

Het hotel rook heel erg lekker, het had een mooie authentieke sfeer , het ontbijt was prima. De kamers waren mooi en de bedden prettig.

Het ligt aan een drukke straat, soms lastig om van a naar b te komen.

The breakfast was good! And the staff (especially in the restaurant) was amazing - exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It's close to China town, so you have many non-halal food options.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was a bit filthy and there were many stains on the bedding. They changed but it almost didn't make a difference. The room wasn't expensive, but I still expect something different from a Mercure Hotel.

I chose this hotel because of the staff reviews and I was not disappointed.
