Chambre grande , personnel très gentil et serviable, énorme petit déjeuner pour tout les goûts

Chambre vieille, SDB très ancienne, la moquette pas très propre. C'était un bel hôtel qui n'est pas entretenu comme le reste a Jakarta, dommage

Ok but definitely not 4 star
Pros:

Full facilities, good service staff, location was alright and easy to get grab/blue bird.

Cons:

Quite outdated, minimal toiletries for example they had a towel rack but no hand towel provided only bath towels.

Half of the black out curtains were missing so we ended up waking up once the sun was up.

When I asked to change towels, the cleaner turned around and pretended to change for me , but what she did was just folded up my dirty towels and returned to me. This place is dirty

Pros:

The location is not really downtown but good to avoid the traffic, construction is going on in front of the hotel on the road. Mattresses are pretty old and bed, room size is very good.
Reasonable priced.
The hotel restaurant and coffee shop is not happening and very few variety, so went to the hotel H&S to have some coffee and dinner& drinks.

Cons:

Mattress and cleanliness and same menu almost every day for breakfast

I will not stay at the Mercure Hotel Jakarta again.
Pros:

I did not find the Mercure Hotel to be worthwhile. The Business Center has No Printer to Print Documents, No Paper, No Desk. It’s an empty room with just two chairs.

Cons:

The Mercure Hotel Jakarta is very dated and needs a renovation.

Bedden waren goed
