Room was dirty when we checked in with hair on the bathroom counters

I paid 1000 and the room had half electricity and the toilet backed up into the room had to be moved to a different roo

It was alright. Definitely not worth $778 that I paid.

On Sunday in the morning the hotel experienced a power outage for about 2 hours and they didn’t extend the breakfast time nor provide any compensation. Also they ran out of coffee cups and I wasn’t able to have coffee before I left the hotel at 4am. Plus I had to ask for my complementary water. Also I was told housekeeping would come every other day - I was there for three nights and housekeeping never came. I had to keep going to the front desk for towels, tissues and toilet paper. Not really impressed.

Cons:

Prior to leaving a transformer blew and the whole hotel was in the dark. I requested a floor closest to the ground since my mom is in a wheelchair. The FD had to carry my mom 5 flights down in the dark since emergency back up lights weren’t working. 911 fear was real till we exited safely. Manager Vicki yelled at me and my guest for calling for help.
