Pros:

Staff at front desk unfriendly rude. Stayed 7 days room was attended to room 1 time

Cons:

I thought your staff is horrible. I will never stay there again ever.

Comfy bed... great night of sleep

Very limited dairy free options and nobody knew what items had dairy or not... no labeling of the food.

Cons:

Every other day cleaning (we asked first next day and it was denied), we needed clean towels and our bed done after a long day of work.. but we didn’t have it.

Really nice place to stay.
Pros:

Relaxing. Near to some shops, fast food outlets and a supermarket. Good breakfast. Complimentary coffee. Lovely indoor swimming pool. Comfy beds with 4 pillows on each bed. Even though next to a motorway we couldn't hear anything. Lots of parking spaces

Cons:

Nothing. Being English we always have problems with air-conditioning units but these were quieter than most and for most people probably easy to use.

Great short stay with great amenities and friendly staff
Pros:

I can't say enough good things about this place! The room was exceptionally clean (and whatever cleaners they use don't overpower the room). I had a nice view of the little pond out front, and the bed was very comfortable. There were so many plugs and USB ports in the room, which was great.

The pool's temperature was absolutely perfect, and the sun room it's in made a sunny April day feel like mid-summer. The gazebo outside was also nice. I also enjoyed the fitness center - they have more equipment than most, with a lot of extras like yoga mats and kettlebells. The game room was small but looked cool - I never got a chance to play, though. I also appreciate the HOURS of the amenities. Everything is open from 530-11 and as an early riser, I love that.

Breakfast was regular Hilton fare and adequate. The no-fee Grubhub was a big plus during my stay since there's no onsite restaurant and I came from the train.

The staff was also exceptional, and let me have early check-in and late check-out. I was travelling for work and had odd hours, so having that extra time was really great. If I'm ever back in ronkonkoma for work ,I would stay again!

Cons:

Everything was perfect, really. The only thing I would add would be a smart TV - I'm not really that much into cable. I wish more hotels would switch!
