Our stay was pleasant.
Pros:

The room size for 3 of us was good - not too cramped.

Cons:

The queue for breakfast was long after about 8.30 am, you have to wait for seats to be freed up. TV channels did not include popular international news channels, such as CNA, BBC and CNN.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location, which made our stay convenient and easy. It is close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, so getting around was not a problem at all. Although breakfast is not provided, there are plenty of food options nearby, which worked well for us. The room was comfortable and met our basic needs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money, especially considering the location.

Passable.
Pros:

Location is good as you can walk underground to Odori Park and Pole Town. Many tourist stay in this hotel, and it seems a bit crowded.

Cons:

Unable to connect to Wifi most of the time. Have to queue for breakfast. Breakfast time open too early (5.30am) and close too early (9.30am). Breakfast is so so only, and didn't change much everyday.
