Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und praktisch. Wir waren als Familie mit fünf Personen dort und hatten ein Zimmer mit drei Betten. Für uns war das Zimmer allerdings etwas zu klein. Aufgrund des begrenzten Platzes konnten wir unsere Koffer nicht vollständig auspacken. Die Zimmergröße entspricht jedoch dem typischen Standard in Japan.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: Die Bahnstation ist in etwa fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Von dort fährt man nur ca. zehn Minuten mit der Bahn zum Yokohama Hauptbahnhof, von wo aus man gute Verbindungen nach Tokio hat. Die Fußgängerzone von Yokohama ist ebenfalls nur etwa zehn Gehminuten entfernt, und die berühmte Chinatown erreicht man in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß.

Ein 7-Eleven befindet sich nur drei Gehminuten entfernt. Dort findet man alles Notwendige, wie Kaffee, kleine Sushi-Snacks, warme Speisen aus der heißen Theke sowie Drogerieartikel.

Das Hotelpersonal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem gibt es im Hotel einen Waschraum mit drei Waschmaschinen und drei Trocknern. Gegen eine kleine Gebühr kann man dort bequem seine Wäsche waschen und trocknen.

シャワーカーテンからなのか、シャワー室が半乾きのような異臭がして、トイレも洗面も一体なので最悪だった。　海外の方の宿泊も多く文化の違いからか、ロビー後方のトイレ個室内のサニタリーボックスが使用後の紙？が朝から溢れかえっていて不潔。流すことを海外の言葉で表記すべき。ルームカードキーが一枚しかなく不便。有料でつけた朝食のバイキングは種類は多いが、特に美味しいとは思えず残念。他の関東のホテルでも同価格帯の宿泊料で無料バイキング付きで美味しいところは沢山ある。冷蔵庫にお水の用意はない。各回に自販機があるがお水やお茶は売り切れていて、結局コンビニに買いに出た。部屋は古い感じがして、ロールカーテンも破れたまま。シャワー室周りの擦れた木枠の箇所なども塗り直したり修繕や補修はされていない。細かいことを気にせずに安く素泊まりする分にはいいのかもしれないが、全体的に気になる点が多すぎた。
