Very a stage experience in a place that is a bit tired and overdue some Tlc but I made the most of it.
Pros:

It’s quite old fashioned. I felt comfortable.

Cons:

The door frame was very bashed up and the lock didn’t work well and felt unsafe.

I had booked a room for myself and my friend joined for one night.

Initially she just wanted a swim. We paid 50 euros to upgrade from one person to two which seems excessive to me.

Siamo stati benissimo! La struttura è veramente comoda e pulitissima! Congratulazioni allo Staff della reception e agli addetti alle colazioni, sempre gentili, efficienti e professionali nel risolvere le più disparate richieste dei clienti. Ci hanno servito anche delle ottime omelette espresse.

Unica nota positiva la colazione, ricca e variegata. Zona tranquilla.

Purtroppo non posso che elencare molte cose che non sono andate bene. Prima di tutto la trasparenza e la professionalità dei titolari. Tra i servizi ho pagato uso piscina e idromassaggio e camera con balcone. Non ho trovato ne uno ne l'altro. La piscina chiusa per manutenzione e camera senza balcone. In bagno non era presente né finestra né griglia di aerazione, con relativo cattivo odore di fogna. Bagno oltretutto non troppo pulito, con sedile wc rotto. Crepe nel muro sopra la testa del letto e televisione non sintonizzata con i canali nazionali. Materassi sfondato (2/2). Mi sono permessa di chiedere alla reception di poter ricevere un rimborso e/o cambiare hotel o comunque trovare un compromesso visto che il prezzo della camera (non a basso costo) comprendeva anche uso piscina e balcone in camera e mi è stato semplicemente risposto che nulla era dovuto. Peccato che ad altri clienti che hanno soggiornato più di una notte sono state trovate soluzioni alternative. Purtroppo non sono queste le modalità con cui trattare i clienti , il cliente paga e decide di spendere i propri soldi sulla base dei servizi che vengono offerti; come viene meno il servizio viene meno anche il costo. Peccato che avevo pagato la stanza in anticipo altrimenti avrei cambiato hotel. Vi consiglio,prima di prenotare, di chiedere se la piscina e il posto auto siano realmente disponibili.

La localisation, la climatisation, les volumes des chambres et la literie, la piscine.

Cons:

Les bains à remous n'étaient pas en service, la piscine a grand besoin d'être rénovée (liner qui gondole, margelle soulevée par endroit). Le petit déjeuner est sans intérêt, nous avons vite pris l'habitude de le prendre ailleurs.

Le personnel est très souriant, agréable et reactif. Ma chambre était au 4eme étage, j'avais une vue sur les colines ou l’on pouvait voir le lever du soleil.
La chambre était équipée de tout ce qui avait été annoncé, et elle était propre.
Le frigo marchait parfaitement bien.
L'hôtel est situé a côté des commodités de la ville.

Cons:

Le lit double était en fait deux lits simples collés. Et donc le moindre mouvement faisait tout bouger. L'un des deux matelat était creusé.
La cuvette des toilettes était cassée.

Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità.
Lo Staff è stato davvero molto cordiale, la camera confortevole e veramente insonorizzata. Bello lo spazio esterno dove prendere il sole e immergersi in piscina in tutto relax. Io e mia moglie abbiamo anche gradito molto la colazione con una grande varietà di dolci e salati, nonché la possibilità di avere uova strapazzate e omelette espresse. C'erano addirittura le fette di anguria fresca. Fantastici gli addetti al ristorante! Bravissimi!
