I loved staying in Hotel Cappelli. The rooms very very clean, room service great, reception super!

La stanza: pulita, confortevole e accogliente. Bagno finestrato e ben tenuto ma al minimo indispensabile i prodotti da toilette (es. docciaschiuma) . Ampio terrazzo. Letto comodo per la categoria. Personale gentile e sempre presente. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno

Cons:

Piccolo dettaglio ma unica pecca della stanza erano le tende non ben fissate al supporto, risultavano pendenti da un lato. Sia quelle della finestra che della porta finestra.

Pros:

Hotel centrale con piscina ed idromassaggio, possibilità di pernottare e scegliere se far colazione o cena con supplemento.
La camera da letto in cui siamo stati noi era grande, armadio munito di cassaforte e mini frigo in stanza.
Dotato di ascensore, non si sentiva baccano da fuori.
È vicino al mercatino di Montecatini e alla via principale, comodo per raggiungere tutte e due le stazioni e le terme redi affianco.

Lo staff è stato molto disponibile per tutte le nostre richieste.

Cons:

Nelle stanze del primo piano non c’era il balconcino o una finestra in bagno per poter lasciare asciugare i costumi o i teli.
In bagno un forte odore di fognature.
Lettini in piscina pochi e molti al sole, ci vorrebbero magari anche degli ombrelloni o gazebo.

Comme d’habitude…, un séjour de rêve …
Pros:

L’amabilité de l’ensemble du personnel. Les grandes chambres . La literie confortable.
La situation de l’hôtel dans la ville et le calme qui en découle !

Cons:

Le bar mal isolé du reste de l’hôtel …( quasiment dans le hall de l’hôtel ).
