A very pleasant and comfortable stay..

Excellent hospitality:
Warm welcome, friendly staff, genuine smiles, and a great willingness to help throughout our stay.

Breakfast team:
Special thanks to the breakfast staff for their friendly, attentive, and welcoming service every morning.

Housekeeping:
Excellent daily cleaning and remarkable attention to detail, which made our room comfortable, clean, and relaxing throughout our stay.

Perfect location:
A major highlight of the hotel. Its proximity to the mosque, halal restaurants, shopping centers, and major tourist attractions made exploring the city very convenient and enjoyable.

Breakfast suggestion:
It would be great to have more breakfast options suitable for Arab and Muslim guests, as the current selection felt somewhat limited compared with the variety of other choices.

Fantastic hotel with standout Signature Lounge benefits
Pros:

Great stay at the Caravelle Saigon. The location is excellent, but the real highlight was the Signature Lounge experience. From the airport pickup and seamless private check-in, we felt like VIPs from the moment we arrived.
The all-day refreshments, afternoon tea, and evening canapés and cocktails were a fantastic bonus. After a day exploring in the city heat, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Signature Lounge made our stay extra special and is well worth it.

Perfect in every way. Very impressed and that’s not easy !!
Pros:

Stayed in many Asian hotels and used to like the Park Hyatt across the street from the Caravelle but now the Caravelle is definitely my favourite. Of course well located but everything about the stay was perfect. The room , the service and the exec lounge food and service too. Perfect 5 day stay. Thank you.

Highly recommended hotel
Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay. Never have we meet more friendly and helpful staff. The hotel location could not be better. We had a room with Signature lounge which was a perfect way to start our Vietnam adventure. And an evening swim in the pool was fantastic
