Came for a bit of R & R for 5 nights & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stayed here many years ago - still the same lovely service except it’s more of a resort now.
We were here during Cyclone Narelle which hit further north. It was pretty wet most of our stay but still able to use the pool - was warm.

The location is perfect, the attention to detail over and above the norm, as you would expect. The food is some of the best. We loved every minute, except for the rain!

We stayed 3 nights at The Reef House. It’s a perfect location with nature’s wonders all around. Everything was amazing, spotless and so relaxing. Great hospitality and all the staff were excellent. We ate two nights at the restaurant and the food was so delicious and diverse. They have a signature seafood platter which really has to be the best I’ve had anywhere. So abundant with fresh seafood delights such as sashimi and moreton bay bugs and fantastic large, sweet prawns to name a few things. Our well appointed room was super comfortable, quiet and elegant and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The day spa is fantastic and would highly recommend taking time out for the signature spa treatment. Divine.

Super friendly, fantastic service and an overall great experience. Rooms a beautifully furnished with fantastic views. Nightly visits from dwarf green tree frogs were a lovely surprise. the Magnesium pool was a highlight.

Our initial contact, Dean, was/is an excellent ambassador for The Reef House. He welcomed us warmly and gave us a very thorough rundown of all the facilities and inclusions, including a lovely introduction to our accommodation. Our stay met all our expectations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the property delightful and we really enjoyed a 3 night relax in a beautiful place. Many thanks, and we would be glad to recommend this venue to anyone wanting a short, comfortable getaway. Or even a long one. Hats off to all your staff. Excellent!

Another amazing stay in paradise. On this occasion, we brought some friends along to share the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special with a room upgrade to a beautiful 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. The cocktail making masterclass (included in stay) is always a hit and the list of inclusions are well planned and curated to cater for all guests at this adults retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return again soon

Our stay at The Reef House in Palm Cove was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff were wonderfully attentive, always ready to help with a smile and genuine care that made us feel welcomed and looked after throughout our visit.

We loved the thoughtful touches that make The Reef House feel special. The daily punch and canapés were a lovely ritual, and the guest speakers and entertainment added an engaging, personal touch to the evenings. The wine appreciation session was a real highlight, not just for the opportunity to taste some excellent wines, but also as a relaxed way to connect with fellow guests. We had some truly interesting conversations there.

Our room was spotless, the bed soft and incredibly comfortable (in the best possible way!), and the overall atmosphere calm and inviting. The pools were fantastic, a perfect place to unwind, and they more than made up for the swimming area at the beach being closed due to stingers.

Overall, The Reef House combines charm, hospitality, and a sense of community that makes it stand out. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already thinking about when we can return.

What a wonderful calm experience we had at the Reef House. The detail is exceptional and the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond. It was a pleasure to be able to relax and rejuvenate. The meals were wonderful and perfect. There are so many ways to interact with other guests and listen to their stories. The pools were soothing and calming. Our room was immaculate. If you need a place to stay and relax and enjoy then this is it. The history of this place is also very interesting. Thank you for making our anniversary so pleasurable. We will be back

Just had another wonderful holiday at Reef House. This is a lovely adults only resort where the staff are very special, friendly and helpful and even often remember your name. This is not a same same wherever hotel - it is a lovely small colonial resort with two pools (one is a mineral pool) and a restaurant with a view of the water, and close to other eateries. The breakfast is deliceous with a great choice and so big that my husband and I had half portions of eggs Benedict. We love the cold towls and sorbets in the afternoon by the pools and the punch and canapes from 5-6 where everyone mingles and chats. If you are lucky enough to be checked in by Cedric (the manager) he will treat you like an old friend. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with everything you need

I cannot speak highly enough of The Reef House! My husband and I spent three nights here on our honeymoon on the recommendation of our travel agent, and I was so impressed by the level of service and care. Every staff member is so accommodating and remembers your name. Very intimate and romantic feel, with a lot of privacy and quiet. Food at the restaurant was excellent (we ate at least one breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, so we got a good variety) and we loved the little extras, like daily cold towels and sorbet by the pool. Our room was very comfortable (with powerful AC!) and immaculately clean. Lots of walkable restaurants nearby (definitely go to Nunu) and the beach is literally steps away from the hotel. Favorite part was the heated mineral pool and the awesome library of books you can borrow. Specifically loved our interactions with Cedric, who always took the time to take care of us. We will be back!!

We just finished a 3 day stay at Reef House Palm Cove and it was a dream. The service was incredible, the food was 5 star and the whole ambience of the resort was divine. Honest review, I couldn’t fault anything, would have been awesome to have a gym on site but other than that the whole experience was wonderful. The thoughtfulness that goes into just the smallest details like spa products in your room and aroma therapy candles was lovely. We will be back.

Great place. Location is perfect and the setting is amazing. So relaxing and the staff can't do enough for you. The cocktail making class was great fun and very well run. Breakfast looking over the beach and ocean sunrise is brilliant.

This establishment is truly exceptional, offering the finest hospitality we have ever encountered. From the moment of our arrival, Cedric ensured we felt completely at ease. We hold immense admiration for this remarkable venue and its dedicated team.

The service was amazing from the very beginning. The communication was clear and helped with our planning for arrival and airport pickups. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff who actually seemed pleased that we were visiting. The food was exceptional and the facilities were amazing. I couldn’t see any area for improvement to make ours a better stay - it was perfect and we can’t wait to come back.

You won’t regret it, Zero stress.
