Reef House is our most favourite place in the world and we can’t wait to return once again next year! Cedric and the whole team there are simply the best at what they do. The care and attention to detail of the whole staff is unrivalled anywhere. If you want to feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated, even if you only have a couple of days, do yourself a favour and enjoy a stay at Reef House. have just had our 2nd stay at the Reef House. we love spending time at Palm Cove & making use of the many activities on offer by the Reef House. Our days are filled with morning yoga classes, daily bike rides to Trinity Beach, beach walks, swimming at the beach and hotel pools. we like to read & relax by the pools. the hotel breakfasts & dinners are a highlight , thoroughly recommend the seafood platter. the staff are amazing and make guests feel special. we look forward to returning to the Reef House. The perfect place for a holiday break & recharge.

From the warm welcome in reception to the moment of farewell it was a perfect experience. Great number of included activities. Very friendly and courteous staff in the dining area and poolside. Menus are modern and nutritious, portions a good size to enjoy all courses without feeling over full. Palm cove is cute, well located for many activities in the area and so restful. Our room was very comfortable- great bed cushions and decor. We loved the swing seat on our private balcony with a sea view.
Bathroom shower door a little tired. Basin porcelain had little cracks.

We stayed at the Reef House Adults Retreat towards the end of March, we had a lovely room where we could see the sea over the top of the restaurant. The inclusions that we utilised were great, i especially enjoyed the Sorbet at 3.00pm. The rooms were very clean and we didn't hear any noise other than next doors toilet making some weird noises - at times, nothing to worry about. I loved swimming in the pools when we were not venturing out. The location is fantastic, exactly where i wanted to be, the view of the ocean from the restaurant is my ultimate view. We ate at the restaurant every morning and one evening. The food was fantastic, we would most definitely eat there again. Check in and Check out was smooth and efficient, the staff are all very friendly.

Our fourth visit and as joyous as ever. Perfect destination to relax and enjoy tropical QLD with two pools, wonderful staff and complimentary pillow menu, sorbets brought to you poolside, and refreshing cocktails and nibbles at the Brigadier's Bar at 5pm each day really enhance the sense of being well looked after.

The beach is 10m from the front entry and the wonderful bush covered escarpment towers over the rear.

The Reef House was a perfect location to take time out from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The staff were so accommodating and would go out of their way to please.
The rooms were comfortable, clean and cool.
We went out exploring through the day to return to paradise, sorbet poolside, canapés and punch in the early evening.
The food was excellent and again I can’t state how highly impressed we were with the Reef House family.
We would recommend everyone to visit this little piece of paradise.

We wanted an adult only break and this place was recommended by the travel agent. From the moment we arrived the warm welcome permeated our whole stay. It was wonderful and relaxing. Cedric & Patryck were amazing and so helpful.

Our room was located between the 2 pools, it was light, airy and very comfortable. A slight negative would be the bathroom needs updating.

The pool areas had enough loungers for everyone & the beds are comfortable. Cool towels at 11am & sorbets at 3pm were welcomed. Drinks & canapés at 5pm were a great start to the evenings.

We ate in the restaurant a few times (lunch & evening) & food was amazing. Only negative is they don’t cater for diary free well in the deserts, not everyone wants sorbets!
Fabulous place well worth the money going home relaxed

Such a special place; we recently returned for a milestone birthday celebration weekend over the Easter break and once again, The Reef House was just superb. The vibe is wonderful. From the second you arrive, the staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. They check in with you before, during, and after your stay to ensure you are comfortable and well-looked after, providing top-notch hospitality in a non-obtrusive way. It's a beautiful & well-maintained property; the rooms are well-appointed, immaculate, beds are super comfortable, providing all you need for a really good rest. There are heaps of inclusions as well, so that you can do as much - or as little - as you'd like during your stay. Definitely recommend the on-site, open-air restaurant (order the seafood platter in advance if you can!) - and the spa (treatments with Giorgia were amazing) too. Big thanks to Cedric & the whole team at The Reef House, we will be back again!

First time staying at the Reef House. I had had my eye on this hotel for a while and it did not disappoint. The staff and signature experiences are what make this hotel so special. Loved all the opt-in activities including sorbet by the pool each afternoon. We participated in a cocktail making class and wine appreciation class as well as yoga and water aerobics. We also had a relaxing massage in the day spa. Food was also fantastic. Highly recommend for a few days of time out from the real world. Glad we stayed 5 nights!

A fabulous place to stay. Lovely setting, gardens, pools & views to the sea. Great food & good fun partaking in wine tasting & cocktail making. We celebrated our wedding anniversary & appreciated the ambience & small touches.

Could not rate this resort more highly. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were treated like royalty. The staff are so amazing - nothing is a problem. They go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The room was so beautiful, clean and had everything you could need - just the little touches like an oil diffuser lit each day when they have serviced our rooms, two umbrellas for that tropical rain storm, hand cream, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Around the resort the daily included activities were awesome, personally we loved the cocktail making, wine appreciation course, sorbet by the pool, canapes and cocktails at 5pm each day. They had bikes you could use, fishing rods, pool towels supplied and even sunscreen. A book library and board games for those days that you just want to relax.
The restaurant food was absolutely beautiful with an alacarte breakfast menu you chose from every morning as part of your stay and the dinner was award winning, the chef is an absolute genius.
Such an amazing experience and can't wait to visit again soon.

We loved our stay!! Beautiful rooms, location is perfect, lovely staff & wonderful food. A very relaxing stay where you can do as much or as little as you like. Definitely recommend making use of their complimentary bikes & explore Palm cove, its a beautiful part of the world

Four nights celebrating wedding anniversary. Room 101 was ideal. Very private at front of hotel, ground floor and sounds of the ocean plus sea breeezes. Lovely al a carte breakfast with good choices plus every type of coffee you could ask for. Little touches like daily sorbet at the pool, cold face towels and end of day meet and greet with other guests good chance to swap stories and tips on what to do. Staff all great, very professional and engaging.

This was our 3rd stay and as usual it was 1st class excellent location great friendly staff top quality venue and location great service and food. We go away a lot and this is the best we have experienced, I guess that’s why we keep going back.

My friend and I had a wonderful night at the Reef House, a beautiful sunny day around the pool relaxing, complimentary sorbets and an opportunity to connect with other guests at 5pm manages.

The highlight was the courtesy and kindness of the staff, thank you, we felt so welcome!

We had a lovely weekend "holiday at home" for my husbands 50th Birthday and to say we were impressed in an understatement. The resort itself is impeccable and views of Palm Cover stunning, however it was the staff that really made our stay. Karolina made sure we were thrilled with our room and that we had everything we needed, Youssef lead an informative and hilarious wine tasting and also opened up the amazing wine room so we could have a private drink in there in the evening and Rodrigo and Natalia took care of us in the restaurant for all our meals. The pools are stunning and you could not dream of a better location. Thank you to the Team at Reef House- you'll see us again soon!

From the moment we arrived at Reef House, we knew we were in for something special. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and this continued for our entire stay. We had heard many good things about the resort but it exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to our next visit.
