What a perfect tropical experience!
Everything about the Reef House was pure luxury. The apartments were so comfortable and beautiful and the staff went above and beyond and made us feel like family.

The restaurant was next level! As was the day spa. Definitely get a massage while you’re here, you will not regret it!
We cannot fault this place and will be back soon to relive it all again.

We had the most amazing time here for our Babymoon. The staff including the concierge Cedric were so friendly and welcoming. They thought of everything. Rooms, pool and grounds were well kept and we enjoyed our spa treatments here as well. The perfect way to spend the 5 days in relaxing Palm Cove .

The service is second to none. Best service that you could expect. The staff are all amazing. We were met at the front house by Cedric and Karoline with a very warm welcome. We had many activities like the wine tasting course and cocktail course, led by Bruno and he was a great host. The place has two main pools with food and drink service at both. There were doing renovations while we were there, but with minimal inconvenience to patrons. The rooms were tidy and clean. We had breakfast every morning and my favourite was the eggs benedict and the full breakfast. The restaurant was also very good. We had the steak and the duck and both were great. I will give it 10 out of 10.

What a delight, a very warm welcome from Cédric and staff. Very accomodating, the room was perfect for us with all the amenities we needed. Location was perfect with shops cafes and restaurants either side of the location. Perfect pool and spa options. The best part was all the social things you could do within the venue or be as secluded as you would like. We have come away feeling very refreshed and relaxed ☺️

We had the most amazing stay at The Reef House in Palm Cove! This was my husband’s surprise for my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. (Best hubby everrr!)
This place is truly special because it's peaceful and quiet (while I love kids, no kids screaming or running around here. just total relaxation! 😉). We love the yoga classes, afternoon canapes, chess game, and sorbet by the pool.. like everything encourages you to slow down and enjoy the moment.

The pool is incredibly relaxing (it beats the summer heat!), the food is delicious with amazing ocean views, and the hotel itself feels like a hidden paradise. A perfect place to switch off and recharge. Will definitely come back again! That's 100% sure 😍

Now Adults Only throughout the entire hotel, including the two pools and the restaurant.
Loved the Cocktail Making and Wine Appreciation classes which resulted in getting to know some of our fellow holiday makers.
The food for all 3 meals (plus the punch and canapes) was wonderful. Many other food venues all within walking distance.

Had a fantastic stay here. Haven't had service like what we received anywhere else that we stayed. Staff were outstanding. Food was some of the best we've had. Would highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I spent 4 amazing days in this wonderful adults retreat. We were looking for a kids free environment to chill out and could not have had a better experience.

From the moment we arrived we were looked after extremely well. The check in experience set the scene for a truly amazing stay.

The staff are first class, the rooms are superb and the service is second to none. All the inclusions we participated in were so much fun. We could not find fault at all.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We are already looking to book a second stay in a few months time.

Fantastic location with the highest level of service. Lovely facilities, particularly the pool and open layout. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfasts.

The website for the Reef House is deceptive - it's what it doesn't say you need to be wary of. We had the Casablanca Villa. We were not told nor does the website say that the villa was accessible only from the outside by a very old, concrete fretting set of three flights of steep stairs with a difficult and dangerous entry via a pool gate at the top of the stairs with no landing. The vaunted private lap pool was similarly hard to access, was shallow and had only very old vertical steps to enter and exit. The place looks much better on the website than reality. It's a tired place in need of substantial maintenance and upgrading to match is self acclaimed 5 star status and 6 star tariffs.
Staff were excellent but that could not save us from declaring we would never go back. Quite frankly it's a rip off.

The Reef House is perhaps one of the most aesthetically beautiful places I've stayed. But it's so much more than that. The staff are the absolute backbone of this place. They are ALL genuinely kind, friendly people. They're not effusive but there when you need them. And the inclusions are a wonderful bonus. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is our fourth time staying at the resort and we love it. Pure relaxation and excellent service from all of the staff. Love the two pools and the resort is peaceful and quiet. The king vets brag rooms was just beautiful and the beds so comfy, The restaurant meals are excellent and the food each and every time has been fabulous. Melissa at the spa was also amazing. 5 stars from us.

The Reef Adults only retreat was a perfect place to relax and recharge. The inhouse activities were great and fun. The cleanliness of the resort was excellent. Staff absolutely adorable and accommodating. will gladly go back again.

We stayed at the Reef house for 4 nights in Jan. The hotel is right on the beach and has everything you’d want / expect from a 5* boutique hotel. The staff genuinely could not do enough for you. The rooms were beachy modern, comfiest bed and very quiet. The hotel offers so much more than just a room & a pool. There is a wine tasting & cocktail making experience, free punch & canapés everyday. Bikes to use for free, the spa and the restaurant was also amazing. Would definitely recommend booking for dinner! Could not fault this stay & we are already looking to book again!

We went to Reef House as a group of 8 women celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday, and we honestly had the absolute best time. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the experience and all the thoughtful inclusions — the cocktail class, wine class, punch and canapés by the pool — everything felt so special and generous.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and truly did everything in their power to make sure we had the best time. A huge shout-out to the vibrant international team who made our stay so much fun and so memorable.

We loved the yoga class by the beach, being able to wander around Palm Cove, or simply relax by the pool. The rooms were cool, spotless, and the bed was unbelievably soft. Such beautiful little touches too — the hat, water bottle, and book were a lovely surprise.

I honestly can’t believe more of my local friends don’t know about this place. It will absolutely be my go-to for a weekend away with the girls or a relaxing escape with my husband. We loved our time here and are still glowing from the experience. Cheers to the Reef House team — thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The whole concept of the Reef House was amazing. As an adults only retreat they catered for everything to ensure our stay was relaxing and refreshing.

Every care was taken to ensure our stay was as we wished. Every staff member was welcoming and provided the highest level of professional service. We wanted a place to relax and that was abundant. From breakfast to dinner the food and service was exceptional. Spa treatments rejuvenated, additional activities (wine tasting and cocktail mixology) added fun with knowledge. Will definitely revisit and recommend highly. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay.
