Sauberkeit und dass mir die versehentliche Doppelbuchung zurück erstattet wurde, war kulant

Cons:

Parkplatz Situation ist schlecht - keine Hotel Parkplätze, Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin war belehrend und verbal übergriffig. Die Klärung der letztlich kulanten Stornierung war kompliziert, intransparent und hatte nichts mit einer mir unterstellten Ungeduld zu tun.
Eine Ein - Wort - Mitteilung "abgelehnt" hat mich dazu veranlasst, eine Überprüfung zu erwägen - wie ich finde zu Recht, als Reaktion (!) auf eine unangemessene Mitteilung zu meiner Anfrage.

Für Kurztrips oder geschäftliche Erledigungen in Offenbach ist das Hotel für diesen Preis sehr gut.
Pros:

Ich hatte ein sehr ruhiges Hinterzimmer im dritten Stock. Nervig können natürlich die vielen Tauben auf den Dächern sein, aber das ist kein Hotelproblem, sondern ein allgemeines. Das Frühstück war für den Preis in Ordnung. Ich habe für eine Übernachtung 60,- Euro incl. Frühstück bezahlt, was unschlagbar ist. Vom Hauptbahnhof aus sind es mal gerade 150 m und man ist schon da.
