Pros:

La propreté et la communication avec le personnel qui a fait l'effort de parler anglais.

Cons:

Le confort du lit "double" qui était en fait deux lit simple rapprochés.. et puis les matelas n étaient pas à notre goût (trop ferme).

Manutenzione assente. Stanze abbandonate a loro stesse, e dire che basterebbe un minimo di cura, invece il disinteresse è tangibile. A parte il fatto che è tutto da mettere a posto, i muri sono talmente sottili che è come dormire in una camerata unica per tutto il piano.

il posto non è curato, lo staff è perennemente scocciato e scostante. nella mia stanza mancava perfino la tenda della doccia, quindi per ogni doccia dovevo allagare il bagno. colazione non compresa nel prezzo e quindi poi è stata addebitata ad un costo ridicolo, qundi ci ha costretti ha chiedere di non metterla.. la tv aveva 5 o 6 canali e mancavano tutti gli altri. insomma un posto davvero così e così.

Mediocre. Cheap but you get what you pay for
Pros:

The rooms were spacious

Cons:

The reception worker was incredibly rude and not happy to help. We requested extra pillows and towels because there were only enough for one person (we were a couple) and they gave us a very hard time about it. The power also went out for a few times and it was difficult to turn on the light switch (you had to play with the switches a lot to get them on after returning to the room). There was also no air conditioning in the rooms which is not advertised well.

Anche se per una sola notte, sono stata bene e ho dormito benissimo perché era molto silenzioso.
Pros:

Ho apprezzato la posizione perché vicina al luogo dove dovevo frequentare un corso.

Cons:

Aggiungerei qualcosa di più proteico a colazione, come tacchino o uova strapazzate. Il caffè era ottimo.

Cons:

Les oreillers trop plats. La vitre de la baignoire qui laisser passer toute l'eau quand on prenait une douche. Aucune chaîne française à la télévision. Quartier qui a bien changé depuis 20 ans.

Pokoj je dostatečně veliký a útulný. V pokoji se nachází i rychlovarná konvice, což určitě oceníte. Součástí pokoje je krásná koupelna včetně WC. Snídaně byla pestrá, kde si můžete dát sladké, slané formou rautu.

Cons:

Jediné, co bych vytknul, byla vůle dveří od pokoje, které se hůře otvíraly.

Value for money!
Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights and it was quite comfortable.
The staff were courteous and helpful.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
They clean the room and change the linen every day.
The property is close to public transport, with connection to all parts of the city!
There are restaurants and shops nearby.
A simple breakfast every morning from 7-10 am!
There is a kettle in the room and we could make our own early morning coffee/tea.

Cons:

The room was a bit stuffy as the air conditioning was not working! Could be because it was the period between winter and start of summer!
We had to keep the window open though it was a bit noisy, but we managed to sleep well!
The same can be said about the toilets.. Clean but no ventilation or exhaust!

Milano was starting point for our Swiss rail experience, worked ok

The fact we were able to find it, Italy is diffucult to navigate due to lack of translation on signage etc, lovely supermarket close by for food etc.

Cons:

distance from central train station and centre, need to use tram which was an experience.
