Hotel does the job, comfy and clean

Cons:

Huge hotel with no charm, it looks almost like a ghost place with no one around and to talk to. Lots of bars/ restaurants are closed.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, entspanntes umsorgtes Wochenende
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und lies keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, absolut zentral.
Besonders gut hat mir der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum und das Schwimmbad gefallen

Pros:

Le personnel, surtout la dame du bar qui m’as impressionné par sa gestion le soir d’un match de coupe du monde le bar était bondé et ils étaient seulement deux parfois 3 pour tout faire fonctionner. Mais de manière général le personnel est très compétent et très polis le service est très bon. La piscine a été une très belle expérience également surtout par 39 degrés.

Cons:

Pas de room service possible d’après les employés mais indiqué en chambre. Pas de menu en anglais au bar et au bistro. Quelques lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas dans la chambre mais tout ça n’est qu’un détail. Autre point négatif la nourriture du bistrot pourrait être améliorée ce n’est pas le meilleur schnitzel que j’ai mangé en Allemagne.. encore une fois ce n’est qu’un détail mais qui mérite d’être amélioré. J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour malgré tout.

Frühstück war gut, hier waren die Marmeladenschälchen nicht sauber, insgesamt für den Preis nicht empfehlenswert

Frühstück und Zimmer waren gut.

Cons:

Early Check in war, trotz Angebot von Booking, nicht möglich. Nach einem Telefonat, da die Antwort auf die Anfrage nach 2Tagen nicht beantwortet war, wurde mir mitgeteilt das, das erste freie Zimmer für uns reserviert wird damit wir so früh als möglich einchecken können. Bei unserer Ankunft um ca. 13:00 war kein Zimmer fertig, nicht dolle gelaufen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere die Toilette war eine Katastrophe.

Es war okay aber nichts besonderes - immer wieder wurde als Entschuldigung genannt - das Haus ist voll! ☹️
Pros:

Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut!

Cons:

Beim genaueren Hinsehen gab es zu bemängeln, dass der vorhandene Kühlschrank noch befüllt war und die Aussenterasse hätte dringend eine Reinigung nötig gehabt!
