Pros:

Lage sehr gut, Zimmer war sauber, eine Reklamation über Klopfgeräusche wurden erläutert und sogar neues Zimmer angeboten

Cons:

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, Schäden (Risse) in den Wänden, auch Flecke an Wänden sind für ein 4 Sterne nicht zu akzeptieren
Beleuchtung im Bad kann ich nur als Funzel bezeichnen , großer Spiegel fehlt im Flur

Wer sich wohlfühlen möchte, sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen!
Pros:

Positiv ist leider nur die Lage zu bewerten. Der Preis am Ende, gleicht einem Hostel oder einer Jugendherberge, mehr ist es aber auch nicht wert.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel ist groß und eigentlich sehr imposant. Aber: es ist unwahrscheinlich schmutzig. Schon der Teppich im Treppenhaus und im Foyer sind ausladend. Die Zimmer eigentlich ausreichend, wenn sie denn sauber wären. Das Bad sah aus wie ungeputzt und im Toilettenbecken waren noch die Spuren von Vorgängern. Die Gardine kaputt und speckig, an der Decke Spinnweben und die Einrichtung alt und sehr einfach. Fernseher und Heizung funktionierten nicht. Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum kosteten Überwindung zum hinsetzen, sie waren muchtig und fleckig. Frühstück war ok aber für uns keine 18,00€ wert, das hat wirklich Jugendherbergscharakter.
Das Personal bemüht sich, ist aber total überfordert. Der einzige ! Herr an der Rezeption war allein für alles zuständig, auch für Hausmeisterarbeiter, Verkauf von Getränken, nicht funktionierende Schlüsselkarten…
Das Restaurant und die Bar waren geschlossen, was auf der Homepage aber nicht sichtbar ist. Minibar im Zimmer vorhanden aber umgefüllt. Wenn man dann anreist und terminlich gebunden ist, ist das nervig: noch evtl. einkaufen zu müssen oder noch ein Restaurant zu suchen …
