Zeer slecht verouderd hotel

15 graden in de kamer kachel was stuk weken geleden ook al receptie slecht bereikbaar kamer was niet schoon

Wunderschönes Hotel mit gutem Essen

Das reichhaltige wundervolle Frühstück, die Lage, das wunderschöne Gebäude, die Aussicht zum Strand

bei Ankunft war das Zimmer kalt 16 Grad, in der Bar gab es keine Nüsse oder Chips zu den Getränken, im Wellnessbereich ebenfalls nur Wasser , keinen Tee

Nicht nochmal, kein 5 Sterne Hotel & Preis-Leistung unterirdisch

- alte Betten
-altmodische Ausstattung
- Event vor Ort mit extrem lauter Musik, sodass man kein Auge zubekommen hat (inakzeptable in einem Kurhaus)

Mooie ligging, direct aan het strand. Super vriendelijk personeel die goed mee dacht in het bijzonder Adriana

Cons:

Er was een technofeest waar wij twee dagen van te voren op werden gewezen. Je werd uit je bed gebonkt. Afzeggen kon niet meer. De grote zaal hierdoor helaas niet kunnen zien.

Sauber war definitiv nicht Konfetti am Boden , Heizung nach 4 Stunden lauf bei Anstellung auf 28 Grad Zimmern Temperatur war bei 16 Grad für so ein Hotel sehr kalt hat nicht funktioniert. Bwadewann verstopft , und Haartrockner ohne Funktion

A l'interieur il a l'air beaucoup plus petit que dans les photos.
Pas un hotel pour des familles: la piscine est petite, zone wellnes et fitness interdite aux enfants, pas d'espace commun, pas de salle des jeux.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Den Haag/Scheveningen mit super Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch und das Gebäude ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber am besten hat uns das Frühstück gefallen. Omelette, Pancake, und Waffeln frisch zubereitet und eine Riesenauswahl an Essen und Trinken. Schon nur wegen dem Frühstück hat sich der Aufenthalt gelohnt.

Cons:

Der "Spa" Bereich bzw. Swimmingpool hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Der Pool ist sehr sehr klein, das Wasser war kalt. Als Wellnessbereich kann man das nicht bezeichnen.

Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch. Normaliter alles binnen handbereik, alleen nu door de werkzaamheden aan de boulevard niet bij de strandtenten, maar dat wisten we vooraf. Ook voor een uitstapje naar Den Haag stap je zo vlak voor de deur op de tram.
Het hotelbarpersoneel is bekwaam en netjes.

Cons:

Vooraf denk je dat je in een top hotel terecht komt met een statuur van heb ik me jou daar. Tot en met de balie klopt dit ook wel, maar daarna gaat het snel bergafwaarts. Wat een oude vervallen uiterlijk heeft het van binnen. Grauwe tapijten, donkere muffe hallen. De kamers zijn degelijk, maar ook gedateerd en hebben net voldoende ruimte. De matrassen zakken in. En haal het maar niet in je hoofd om zaterdagochtend te douchen, want dan is er blijkbaar wegens drukte niet voldoende capaciteit voor warm water. Wat vervolgens als je dit als klacht bij de receptie meldt schouderophalend wordt weggewuifd en afgedaan met: we kunnen wel een late check-out bieden. En dan hebben we het nog niet eens over het techno feest wat in de grote hal plaats vond. Het gebouw trilde uit z'n voegen. Gelukkig merkten we daar in onze kamer (zijvleugel) weinig van. Voor ons al met al een teleurstellende ervaring.

Goed hotel met super locatie.

Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker.
Locatie en uitstraling van dit hotel zijn perfect.

Cons:

Douchen in bad vonden wij minder.
Steeds in het Engels worden aangesproken hoefde van ons niet perse.
