Prachtige locatie en en een heerlijk verblijf.
Pros:

De locatie was geweldig en het ontbijt was heerlijk. Genoeg mogelijkheden om te doen. De kamers waren schoon en stil.

Comfortabel in een monumentale omgeving.
Pros:

Natuurlijk is een verblijf in het Kurhaus memorabel vanwege het gebouw en de historie. Erg leuk dat het uitstekende ontbijt in de Kurzaal was. De ruime, stille kamer plezierig.De bedden zeer comfortabel en airco erg prettig.

Cons:

Het contact vooraf met de receptie over de douche was stroef( geen kennis van zaken), zo ook de ontvangst aan de balie bij aankomst correct, maar onpersoonlijk.
Het was vtv aangekondigd dat het zwembad dicht was. Een grote teleurstelling,m.n. voor onze kleindochter. Enige compensatie had ik op zijn plaats gevonden, in wat voor vorm dan ook. Ik vind de inrichting van de kamer hoogst onpersoonlijk en niet gezellig. Verlichting was karig.

Dat de kamer naast ons hun muziek heel hard hadden staan en dat daar niets aan gedaan werd. Zo ook veel herrie op de gang vab dezelfde kamer.

Gebouw en locatie prachtig, service matig
Pros:

Locatie, sfeer, gebouw, goede koffie en thee op de kamer

Cons:

Personeel spreekt niet allemaal Nederlands, zakelijke check-in, bij ontbijt in de rij voor koffiemachine (bij 5 sterren verwacht je koffie aan tafel). Zwembad gesloten door omstandigheden, zou wel netjes zijn als er dan een drankje wordt aangeboden ter compensatie.

Enttäuschend

Die Lage ist echt optimal!

Bei uns gab es leider eine Reihe von Dingen, die uns wirklich überhaupt nicht gefallen haben.

Zunächst wurde uns am Telefon mitgeteilt, dass wir nicht vor dem Hotel parken könnten und uns deshalb einen anderen Parkplatz suchen müssten. Da unser Anreisetag ein Samstag war, war die Stadt extrem voll und auch die Parkhäuser waren vollständig belegt. Was in diesem Zusammenhang bereits schlecht lief, war, dass uns das Personal am Telefon trotz zweier Telefonate nicht mitgeteilt hatte, dass wir zumindest direkt vor das Hotel fahren könnten, um unser Gepäck abzugeben.

Nachdem wir nach knapp 1,5 Stunden schließlich im Hotel ankamen, mussten wir feststellen, dass unser Zimmer noch komplett dreckig und offensichtlich nicht gereinigt worden war. Das Bett war nicht gemacht, es lagen Haare auf dem Bett und sämtliche Schubladen standen offen.

Als wir dies an der Rezeption mitteilten, wurde sich zunächst nicht entschuldigt. Stattdessen wurde direkt auf den Bildschirm geschaut und uns mitgeteilt, dass wir uns ein Getränk an der Bar nehmen könnten, bis unser Zimmer fertig sei. Nach einigem Hin und Her seitens des Personals wurde schließlich ein anderes Zimmer für uns gefunden, welches auch wirklich schön war.

Als ich daraufhin fragte, ob wir aufgrund der Umstände eventuell ein bis zwei Stunden später auschecken könnten, wurde uns gesagt, dass dies möglich sei. Allerdings sollten wir dafür noch einmal 15 € bezahlen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel und angesichts der vorherigen Umstände empfanden wir dieses Verhalten als äußerst befremdlich.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, aber würde ich es weiterempfehlen? Ganz klar nein. Insbesondere wenn man bedenkt, dass allein die Übernachtung 350 € gekostet hat und zusätzlich noch 45 € für das Parken anfielen.

Een hotel met veel historie en grandeur op een superleuke plek. Heerlijk ontbijt.
