Cons:

Een salade die pas na 35 minuten wachten aakwam, terwijl ik inmiddels iets anders hestelt had, want het mij na 30 mijuten wachten te kang wachten werd. Deze salade moest bij uitchecken toch nog afrekenen. De check out deed ik om 19uur s avonds, er was een disco avond bij de kurhaus toen, dus was het nauwelijks mogelijk met de receptionist te spreken. Een schande.

De veelheid aan berichten en mails vooraf, dit is voor mij een reden om niet meer te boeken. Matras was van slechte kwaliteit (te zacht), en het in rekening brengen van extra kosten als btw verschil.

The service at the reception really feels soulless

Unacceptable to pay an hefty price for a parking space that belong to the property.
Staff at the concierge are too young, surely students with not enough experience in the hospitality business that would be expected for such historic property.
