Very convenient for traveling
Pros:

Location was convenient for traveling.
The breakfast was very nice.
The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room too hot at night and also the street was unpleasant to walk at night.
The laundry services is too expensive.

Atmosfera veramente accogliente. Cura e bellezza della struttura: ça va sans dire.... Super! La camera immensa e arredata con eleganza: sobria ma allo stesso tempo ricercata (la poltroncina allo scrittoio e lo scrittoio stesso... stupendi). Altra super chicca della stanza il terrazzino: wow! Colazione semplicemente ottima: varia ed abbondante. Ma i complimenti che faccio con immensa gioia vanno allo staff (accoglienza/reception/personale di sala e al piano): disponibilissimi, preparatissimi ed efficientissimi. Grazie per il soggiorno che è stata una meravigliosa coccola.

conveniently located near to the train station , and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Food in the restaurant was excellent , and a seasonal menu. We really were looked after.

Excellent location, good space in the rooms, excellent service. Internet service needs improvement.

very close from to Torino Porta Nuova Station and very easy to reach; excellent room with appropriate space.
Excellent Breakfast made fantastic by the excellent service: it's an emotion to get introduced to the room by a smiling person. The kindness and professionally has been constant toward the entire time I stayed in the breakfast room.
I was told that also the restaurant offer and service are excellent; I did not try it but on the base of my breakfast experience I well believe it.

Cons:

Internet connection must be improved: why only two device can be connected to the internet?

パートナーへの、最高の誕生日プレゼントになりました。
Pros:

何よりもスタッフさん達の対応が素晴らしかったです。最初に通してもらった部屋の匂いが気になり、もし可能であれば変えてほしいと希望したら、すぐに同じ仕様の別の階の部屋に変えていただけました。パートナーへの誕生日カード+お菓子もサプライズで置いてくださっていて感動しました。その後もレセプションを通るたびに、ニコニコと話しかけてくださったり、本当に素敵な人達でした。
Porta Nuova駅の目の前なので、本当にどこよりも便利ですし、清潔感も抜群でした。
