I forgot an item in the room, called and they said they would look and call me back. That never happened!
Front desk lady was very sweet. Carpet and some areas of the room could be a little cleaner.
First room we had smelled like marijuana, they moved us to second room it was ok carpet wa filthy room 305. Bed was good

The smoke detector in the room was covered with a clear plastic bag.

Unable to check in.
This place had stained sheets, hair in tub on bed, and toilet. The carpets are stained the walls looked like they had water damage along the ceiling and the whole 3rd floor smelled like rancid meat. We left an hour after checking in. We are pursuing our money back but they arent wanting to give us a refund. Save your money and go to candlewood suites.
Wonderful staff, courteous, helpful and professional!
The exterior of the premises did not convey a sense of safety, and the interior appeared rather dilapidated. An unpleasant odor permeated the entire room. The shuttle service transporting me to the airport was unclean. While the staff was courteous, that was the sole positive aspect of the overall experience.

Our room was dirty, burn marks in the carpet, air conditioner cover was falling off the wall, and each morning while eating breakfast not a single person at the front desk to greet customers. This is our 3rd time staying here and it has gone down hill. We will go elsewhere next time.
Stayed here last year and enjoyed it. Had a wonderful breakfast. This year not so much. Skimpy breakfast. Needed to change rooms due to toilet issue. Ceiling paint peeling and hanging off. New room was better. Probably will choose a different hotel next year.
Had to pay a 50.00 deposit when I got there it wasn’t 81.00 it was 131.00.the deposit was a surprise
Fast , efficient staff with a very welcoming attitude.
Allowed our 3 dogs because their total weight is 53 lbs., well below their policy allowance. Asked for first floor and got it. Comfortable bed. Lots of room.
