The room met our expectations for sleeping our family of 5. We had plenty of space, multiple TVs, a mini fridge to store some items and the bathroom was fully outfitted to fit our needs.
While the pool and hot tub were great features, we found the hot tub to be under-serviced. The water was oily/dirty which was a bit of a turn off.
Very nice staff and nice hotel
The breakfast was good. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was reasonable and tasty.
The layout of the hotel is ……odd. The beds need to be updated.
Clean, children friendly
Air conditioning in room did not work properly.

Bar in parking lot of hotel was very rowdy, people coming in from hotel to parking lot, and along entrance of hotel. Did not feel safe. Upon arrival, front desk notified that our room was labeled “not clean”, they sent someone up to check. I asked to cancel room altogether, they agreed and gave full refund.
Breakfast was reasonably priced and large portions.
We requested housekeeping for our room but it wasn’t cleaned. Poor communication between staff and employees we assume.
The room smelled musty as did the pillows and sheets.

Very noisy room
I've stayed here previously and had positive reviews to post but this stay was unacceptable at a high rate of nearly $200 a night. They are currently hosting evacuees from up north which seems to have overwhelmed the hotel. Our group block wasn't informed of this until we checked in. I'm sure there are a lot of wonderful people staying there and some were great to talk to in the hall but there are also a lot of people with nothing to do but cause problems. Was woken up the first night by a fight in the hallway and other loud encounters with tons of cursing and third night the AC stopped working to heat us up. They do seem to have brought in tons of extra security but we still had multiple police visits evident during our stay. Not the environment for kids. It also means crowded hallways and out front requires navigating tons of smokers and the smell of marijuana. I did speak to the front desk but management did not get back to me yet or knock anything off the bill. Got 1 decent nights sleep out of 3 and this wasn't an atmosphere for a $200 night with children.
Warning - the hotel is currently hosting evacuees and it is not a safe environment. Upon arrival today, there were several groups of intoxicated people smoking near the entrance. A fight nearly broke out. Canadian Red Cross is set up in a booth in the lobby. There were five security guards in the lobby. The lobby was full of loitering guests who were shouting and also appeared intoxicated. I was with my husband and two small children and we left immediately as it felt unsafe. As we left, an Animal Control Van pulled up to the front door and it was swiftly followed by four police SUVs. Avoid this hotel at the moment. Call ahead to ask about the current environment.

Air conditioning didn't work, musty room. No assistance from staff
The room was a lovely big room , clean and comfortable, the air conditioner was not functioning on the 5th floor so it was uncomfortable to be in the room
Air conditioner Not working on our floor , restaurant is expensive for a family of 4 , At check In I was informed that the hotel would not accept Visa Debit , that needs to be told when booking , I booked on line and they told me I would have to leave because visa debit was not good enough for incidental s , ? Very frustrating

It was very accommodating for my family of 5 who traveled from Kelowna to swift current to Brandon mb. The pool was wonderful and my kids had the greatest time. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and a very large breakfast. We had trouble in the start but the gentleman working the front desk was very kind and made our stay very good. Thanks again clarion can't wait to come again next year
I didn't like that I couldn't use a debit Visa for a $100 deposit for our stay. I think it's silly knowing I've had holds like this on my card before. I don't like credit cards and don't plan on getting one. That's it.
