Poor value for even the discounted price.
Pros:

Location was good, hotel is clean

Cons:

Walls are paper thin, noise constant. Not worth the price unless you are only going for the pool. Definitely request a room higher than 2nd floor. Our room was large, but only had “queen bed” which seemed like a double.

Decent but doesn’t reach the standards expected from a clarion hotel
Pros:

Location, food was very good in the restaurant

Cons:

Our last night a very drunk couple was placed into the adjoining room right next to us, as you can imagine the door has little to no sound muffling! They loudly entered their room at 2 am and the female did not stop yelling until 430am into her phone as her companion had left.
Needless to say our last night was not pleasant.
The servers (all but 2)are not very welcoming nor pleasant! I’m in the hospitality business and I can assure you they would not last 5 minutes in my business. We hire the smile not Oscar the grouch!
I noticed during check in (not mine) the front desk clerks to be very stressed out, perhaps you want more than one on the floor when you are expecting hockey tournament check-ins, as there was a lobby full of people, as it was definitely too much for one person, let alone not a very good experience for your new guests.

Cons:

The breakfast coupons only included one type of breakfast even though there were other cheaper items on the menu. I traveled with kids and they wanted something off the kids menu and this was not covered under the free coupons.

Over priced, dirty and disappointing

Not great, probably going to stay somewhere else next time.
Pros:

It was clean and I liked that the toilet was seperate from the shower.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed one of the mornings we were there and it wasn't posted ahead of time. They offered a continental breakfast but it was just a small selection of dry products like cereal in packages. The pull out couch didn't unfold so our kid had to sleep on it as a couch instead of a bed. We tried to figure it out but it looked like the metal was bending the wrong way.

They didn't have us set up for a pet friendly main floor room, even though I requested it when I booked and I called them over a week in advance to confirm a pet room on the main floor. We ended up on the third floor.

The room was very cold, even when we turned it up to 75 Fahrenheit.
Lastly they are slow giving back the room deposit, if they even give it back, I'm still waiting.

Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Underground parking as it was super cold and windy! The waterslide is a great one for little kids and older kids alike.

Cons:

The advertised room on booking was not what we got. Although, I think this was an issue with what booking put as pictures and not the hotel itself. Misleading pictures for the room we stayed in. It showed an extra room with bunk beds which was not the case.

Pros:

The location was close to the function I was attending the next morning. The room was quiet. Staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The drain in the shower made very loud gurgling noises in the morning. I was startled until I figured out what it was.
