One and done.
Pros:

Front desk staff was friendly & helpful and this was probably the properties saving grace.

Breakfast was also pretty good. Stocked well and there were a decent amount of choices; 3 hot items each day (eggs, meat, potatoes/biscuits & gravy) and they had a waffle iron.

Cons:

People raved in reviews how clean this property was, but I’m not sure what they were comparing it to? Floors were mostly swept in rooms (as it was laminate), but feet/socks were black at the end of night. Clearly they didn’t scrub.

Bedding that was changed was clean, but the bag the mattress is in had hair on as this stays on. Also, some stains on things like the bed skirting.

Property looks to have been renovated at some point, but was done very cheaply and half-heartedly. Doorknobs didn’t completely cover where the old ones were taken off, windows were cloudy & not clean, and not the correct size/fit for the frames. Outside there were screens lying on the ground/in the landscaping rocks from ones that had fallen out.

Property was anything but quiet. There was a train that went thru multiple times a night, sirens were the same (not sure if we were close to emergency services or if they were just passing by on the road), and you could hear people talking loudly out front, probably partly due to the ill-fitting windows (and we were on the top floor). Someone’s car alarm also went off in the middle of the night and it had me questioning how safe this location really was. Smell of pot also wafted thru our bathroom vent thru the night, which was awful — especially since we were traveling with kids.

We also were greeted with the news at check-in that there was a fecal incident and the pool area was closed for the day. It was reopened on night #2, but our kids didn’t want to swim after knowing what had just occurred the night prior.

As a Choice member, this stay was really disappointing. I used to seek out Country Inn & Suites because they were generally cozy, welcoming and clean, but this hotel felt dark, sad, and in need of some TLC.

Front desk staff needs a raise, because again it felt like they were the glue holding this place together.

We arrived late and tired from terrible traffic, so having a wonderful staff to greet us was nice.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Loved that it started at 6am. Desk staff great, towels perfect, bed comfy.
There is a table outside to eat breakfast if you bring your dog and a big open field for dogs to run across the street.

Cons:

We came in late so I did not have much time to use the facilities.

Loved it and will be back!
Pros:

Hotel was very clean, easy to locate and close to many stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. I loved the extra sitting areas placed around the hotel. They are great for playing games or cards!

Cons:

The ONLY downside was the noise. The hotel was packed to capacity and I think a herd of elephants were staying above us. But that can happen anywhere.

Overall stay was good but not great.
Pros:

Location is very handy for the Toyota plant. Restaurants are also close and they have great food. Bathroom were clean and plenty of fresh towels. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Channels on TV were not good and TV's need to be upgraded. TVs are too small and not latest technology. It would have been nice to have more hangers in the closet. Sheets didn't smell fresh.

Beautiful lobby
Pros:

Pool was warm enough to swim in. Breakfast was great, and I liked real glasses and coffee cups. Nice touch.
