Nice, clean and comfy. Great night’s sleep!
Pros:

Hotel was easy to find, It was nice and roomy, clean and comfortable.. And a good breakfast in the morning (And the coffee was good, which is important to me..😉😵‍💫).. I wish we’d had the time to really enjoy the place, but had a deadline. I would recommend this place to anyone that needed a place to stay.

Pros:

We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi, which was a wonderful experience!! (I particularly reccomend enjoying it with a nice cool drink, I don't drink alcohol but instead had some bubble tea). It was incredibly spacious, there was enough room for us to play some large table board games, it was very clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. Good amount of light in the room too!

Due to some traffic, we ended up arriving past midnight, but the staff were very polite and understanding despite our less than reasonable check-in time.

Cons:

Nothing! It was a great experience.

Yet again another great stay in Georgetown!!
Pros:

It is easy to get to, it is very clean, beds are very comfy, so are the pillows. Has extra blankets and pillows which is nice. Great water pressure on shower and toilet is weird to mention I know but you don’t notice these things until you don’t have it. Towels are nice and big. Hours for pool and hot tub are great. We stayed for a week and they didn’t bother us even once during our stay when we had our do not disturb sign up the whole time, thank you!! Always gives us the room we ask for, it’s the same room from years ago for our wedding anniversary. Quick and always respond to messages and try to work with you when you need it. Thank you once again for such a great stay!! (Oh and splurge a little and get the whirlpool)

Cons:

Not really anything I didn’t like but a few suggestions would be plushier towels, plushier comforter, bigger tv. That’s about it. Thank you

Great stay for the price!
Pros:

The front desk personnel were friendly and welcoming. The hotel and room were very clean. The pool and hot tub are open until Midnight and reopen at 6am which is a nice surprise.

Very unacceptable.
Pros:

Clean and good value. The check in staff was awesome.

Cons:

After driving 12 hours we needed sleep. Our sleep was interrupted by a beeping smoke detector at 2:30am. I unplugged it and pulled the battery to silence it. I gave it to the morning staff at check out and told him what I did and I wasn’t happy. He offered no apology and snatched it out of my hand and walked away. He appeared very pissed off.
