Check in was a little strange but otherwise a good stay

The hotel is amazing.

Cleaning crew is a little lax. Lots of spider webs and the TV did not work. They did fix that issue. They have a single serve coffee maker in the rooms but parts we missing so was unusable. Parking was great. Overall my experience was pretty good. Will probably stay there again next time I am in town.

Great stay comfortable room would definitely stay there again. The only thing I could say negative about is the door didn't close properly. Other than that it really is a nice place. The bar is good the food is great

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable but our floor was dirty and not well vacuumed. Breakfast was adequate but the coffee was not good.

The 1st room was terrible paint falling off in the bathroom and shower. Staff was terrible. Will never stay there again

I like to stay in this hotel, it is quiet. And they re-open the restaurant and the bar. I would stay again.

Staff very friendly.
Check in a breeze . Gave me a room where I wanted. Pool was excellent. Lots of sun. Hotel is nice and quiet. No scumbags, party types or loud "urban" types to make noise all night.
Also the Mint Indian restaurant in the lobby is EXCLELLENT. Their naan bread is some of the best I've had. Made in a tandoor oven so that tells you. The bar in the lobby is good. New bar staff so be patient. All in all a nice weekend getaway from work.

Charleston area. Has an outdoor pool. Big parking area. Beds are small (like smaller than a full size but a little bigger than a twin) but comfy. Doors on the outside. Room was clean. Water doesn’t drain real fast in the shower or sink. That was kinda inconvenient waiting 10 minutes for the water to drain before the next person could shower. Fridge and microwave in the room. Brick House restaurant sucked- 3 of us showed up. Only one table was occupied but the server spent 10 min talking to them. I went up to the other two servers who were sitting down eating. They said “she’ll be right with you.” Instead of offering to help us. I asked for a menu- they don’t have menus, our waiter will tell us the specials. By this point we hadn’t been offered any drinks, no service, no menu- we left. Breakfast is complimentary, but wasn’t great. The hotel is situated on the outside of town, not real close to any eating establishments. We won’t be staying here again.

I thought this was going to be an excellent property coming from a 3 hour drive. The television stopped working after a couple of hours of checking in, we called the lobby multiple times so they can reset the DirecTV system but nobody answered. The shower can be misleading. The shower sprinkler did not work at all. Will not be staying here again.

Close to EIU and restaurant on site is open and convient

The staff were very friendly.

There is nothing executive about the Executive Suite. A musty room with outdated furniture.

The free breakfast was lacking in variety.

Other than the fact that there was an all day kids birthday party at the pool the one day we planned to chill and swim, I have zero complaints. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and I will definitely book there again.

It’s an older hotel, old style all exterior entry rooms, no bar like was listed.. food wasn’t an option I would pick. Won’t be back

This is a motel, not a hotel. There is no breakfast. The restaurant did not appear to be open. Clean and comfortable beds though
