Easy to find
Toilet was free standing I almost tipped it over cause the bolts were broke. It was not clean no coffee cups to make coffee and no regular cups for water to take pills.
Worst hotel I stayed in in 20 years. Room was not clean at all. Broken dressers, mold and filth on floor. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Worthless place should be shut down
Worthless place should be closed
It has good parking
The property is fine it’s the inside that’s bad
It’s location is key
The wing we were in was horribly dirty, the room was run down, dingy and needed some upkeep. The shower curtain was miserably placed and as a result, wouldn’t stay closed.
Not much to like.
The facility is in very poor condition and not very well maintained. The shower faucet was operable but water turned off after several seconds. Something wrong with mixer valve. Management indicated water comes out so this was normal even though there was only cold water and it only came out adore a few seconds. Coffee maker interior was dirty gross but didn’t matter cause there were no coffee cups in room to drink from. Beds are uncomfortable. Juice machine in breakfast area sprayed water all over when attempting to use. Got run around and virtually ignored from front desk staff when I expressed dissatisfaction with the facility. Referred to a manager who would not return calls even after several attempts. Potential guest BEWARE of staying here. NOT RECOMMENDED
it was nice because there was a casino. There the swimming pool is fun
The breakfast and the coffee was horrible there.
Not very good service
location // was no breakfast
mediocre accomodation // outrageous price
NOTHING
This has been the worst place that we have booked on our cross country trip. The grounds are a mess; the building it old; down trodden; and in disrepair. Head to Casper, WY for better lodging.
The bed was comfy and the room was clean
The bathroom was trashed toilet wasn’t flushing and looked like mold in the shower
Location was convenient.
Dirty carpet, chipped paint, marks on the walls, tub was clogged, couldn’t get a receipt for me at checkout, landscaping was poor, breakfast looked terrible.
The looks of the pool…didn’t use it but it looked nice.
Absolutely nothing!! From the parking lot (needs ALOT work) to the grounds surrounding property to the dirty walls and carpet leading to our room! The room was filthy…curtains we’re disgusting have of the window screens were rotted off the sheets were so thin you could see through them and the ceilings needed a total renovation! The bathroom was disgusting…and I took pictures!!!And the breakfast area was so dirty..and crap food!!🤮
No Continental Breakfast served.. Or even told about one if there was one.
Couldn"t operate the TV without room service coming to turn it on...Never gave me instuction on how to use remote to turn tv on so next morning had same problem no TV. Nothing by the phone on how to call front desk... No comforter on bed just a sheet and bedspread which is not concidered a blanket... Plaster coming off ceiling in bathroom.Needs some upgrades like paint in the room. Lots of holes where things were hanging and taken off now.Wobbly TV thought it would tip off the table..
The rooms were a nice size and there was a restaurant/bar onsite
The toilet was loose in the bathroom, sidewalks were not maintained from a recent storm. The pool was closed not sure why.
Heat was either full blast or ac- mold all over top of shower
Staff was friendly
Place in desperate need of repairs , cleaning looked like tried but walls chipping ect just made feel unclean
Disgusting. Nasty. Black Mold in bathroom. Filthy place. Broken curtains, The place smells HORRIBLE. No other options in town because every other hotel was full.
Unfortunately we have nothing positive to say. I guess we could say it was very quiet but that was because there was nobody there, we never saw another guest or any staff besides who checked us in at the desk. It was really strange.
I'm not sure where to begin. The property appears to have seen better days in the past and looks to still have potential. However, it currently looks neglected in all areas with zero reinvestment for years. The breakfast area was pretty gross. I could go into detail but i'll just say there had been zero cleaning/upkeep of the area, plus a pitcher of room temperature milk sitting on the counter for your cereal. We attempted to eat there but gave up and went down the street to McDonalds. Based on our experience the rates should be cut in half but we won't be back anyway so it doesn't matter. Hopefully our timing was just bad but we thought we needed to share our experience for potential future guests and for the operators to know where there is room for improvement.
