Disappointing, Bathroom not clean
Pros:

The morning staff & breakfast

Cons:

Was outdated, lots of cosmetic issues.
The bathroom had stains in the toilet, low water pressure & ants on floor.
I wasn't to be charged until I arrived at property but was charged before check in
Room was over priced based on how hotel was advertised.
Ice & vending machines only on 1st floor. Elevator has not been checked from 2024 until 2026.

I could not stay at the hotel when I went to check in they had no hot water I had to go get another hotel I've sent booking.com numerous emails that I was not staying there here.

There was no hot water at the hotel zero did not stay there had to go find another hotel room

Front desk clerk i forgot hois name curly awsome hair man excellent service.
Pros:

I loved the spacious room and the customer service at the front desk in the pm.had an issue checking in butthe gentlemen at the desk helped me and my boyfriend to cancel thru booking and rebook the room properly

Cons:

The breakfast selection there were only eggs and hash browns in the container no busicuits and gravy and no waffles I was soo sad after the customer service desk was so nice as helpful. Our entire trip was still lovely
