Dump with a Chump for a GM.
Pros:

The staff was all nice and tried to help but they were limited to what they could do.

Cons:

The power went out at 7pm and the GM Antonio Reyes was dismissive and didn’t contact the power company until after 10:30pm and numerous complaints. The fire alarms went off at 2am and we were stuck on the 2nd floor with an elderly person in a wheelchair. They went off again at 7am when the power came on and continued to go off and on until 8:30am.

Haven’t heard from the hotel about a refund or anything.

Cons:

I registered and went out for the evening. When I returned, the power was out. I had to leave and find another hotel to stay at.

It was ok
Pros:

On our last night, we returned to the hotel and found it was completely dark, no electricity but there was electricity in every building around it. I’m told the electric company and staff manager was called but still hadn’t shown up after 2 hours so we packed our clothes in the dark and left. I feel we should be compensated for that last night

The worst! Rude staff. Leaking ceiling onto bed . Hot and dark!
Pros:

We were forced to leave. No power in the hotel. No generator or emergency lighting. No air conditioning, elevator, lights, and staff was not helpful. We were on the 3rd floor and had to use our cell phone to see in complete darkness to retrieve our belongings. Two people in our party are over 70, and one is handicapped and uses a cane. No flashlights were available at this place and no assistance from employees was offered. A very dangerous and traumatic situation to say the least. I expect a full refund.

Cons:

Assistance from staff at hotel instead of swearing at us would have been appreciated.

Would stay here again, thank you all.
Pros:

Only thing is the air condition was hard to control.
Would be nice if rooms had TV in both bedroom and front room but not a half too.

Missed not having a pool.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the highways. They have a hot breakfast different each day.
