Incredible location. You can park your car and most of Stratford upon Avon is only 10 minute walk away.

Unfortunately, some of the rooms do not have air conditioning but a fan is provided in the room.
The bed very hard and uncomfortable..
Having a shower instead of a overhead one in the bath and not having a Chester draws to put your clothes in…plus sitting outside on the lower deck where a rat from the river bank keep coming up looking for food and under our table …we then moved to another deck as it made me scream…

Finding the charge for parking after booking
Perfect for a small family walk into Stratford upon avon and not far from Warwick Castle and Cadbury world. So much choice for breakfast and our little boy loved the swimming pool.

Air-conditioning wasn't working properly during very hot weather - signs apologising for this were displayed in the lobby
It was modern and clean. The staff were very welcoming
There was a mistake with our room. And when we went to put our bags in someone was already in there. Once we spoke to reception the matter was quickly resolved. We were given complementary drinks as a sorry (which was very nice 😜) mistake happen at the end of the day, and the way the staff handled it was a master class in customer service. Well done
