Good location
Room 3063 hardly any water pressure in bathroom also got the air con to work but didn’t really feel it for some reason
The location is perfect for visiting main attractions. The grounds are amazing with plenty of seats that are comfortable to sit outside and admire the river avon on your doorstep. The breakfast caters for everyone with lots of selections . Fresh and remained topped up. Very clean restaurant with attentative staff. Comfortable seating. The gentleman who greets you as you enter the restaurant is absolutely fabulous and reminded me of how hotel staff used to be.
There was a problem with the lockers in changing rooms. A lot didnt work.
The room was very spacious, with a big, very comfortable bed, a desk and chair, a sofa, coffee and tea station, fridge, soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. It was close to the theatre we had to go to, the staff was very friendly, and check out was very easy. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy the amenities such as the pool and the gym.
Great breakfast lots of choice.
Hotel is in a great location
Very clean
As a regular visitor to the R S H theatre my wife and I have stayed at many times from B&Bs to some top rated Hotels and THE CROWNE PLAZA is the best for location ease and efficient booking in and out parking is charged at a fixed price if it is overnight stay you can leave your car their for 24hrs, breakfast first class I would say best and the choice We could not fault Well done
We have nothing to complain about
Location and facilities really good.
Found it difficult to get clear answer re restaurant costs in advance.
Location, staff breakfast
The price of the drinks, £27 for two glasses of wine was a once only experience
Excellent
Breakfast excellent. Location good
Bathroom maybe needs updating. Shower pressure poor
Good breakfast. Lovely staff. Very efficient.Nice rooms. Location very central.
Had to wait a very long time for check in due to a large wedding booking in- needed more reception staff.
The music on the night of the wedding was too noisy. Room was vibrating and it went on until quite late.
This hotel is in the perfect location with onsite parking (£13 per 24 hours, not owned by the hotel but can register your car at reception). It's a 3 minute walk from the tourist centre/ city sight seeing tour bus and about 5-10 minutes in any direction from the butterfly farm, river, shopping locations etc.

This hotel is in the perfect location with onsite parking (£13 per 24 hours, not owned by the hotel but can register your car at reception).
dining room and food excellent. All staff exceedingly helpful and pleasant.
Shower pressure far too low. Room had no drawers for personal belongings such as underwear, socks. Pool temperature too cold and ladies changing area had no private changing facilities. Area generally in need of an upgrade
Great breakfast.
Out of the twin beds one bed was much more comfortable than the other.
Great location, comfy beds, clean and mostly very friendly staff.
Pool chlorine levels seemed off and left our faces with a burning sensation. Hardly any gluten free options other than a few packets of cornflakes in the breakfast buffet and even worse when you’re vegetarian as well. Had to change rooms for the second night because our room was next to the lift and it kept us up all night. Shower was terrible for water pressure and the bath had a rusty plug and holes/marks all over it. Very disappointed this time which is such a shame because we had a much better experience in February.
Private lounge was amazing
Great location- very central and parking on site was excellent. Lovely outside area to enjoy a drink with views of the river with patio heaters for cooler evenings.
Our hotel room was filthy- there were stains on the bedding, sweat wrappers on the floor (not hovered) thick with dust, cup marks on the tables, crack in sink basin, lipstick marks on cups. Unacceptable- housekeeping eventually cleaned the room for us (took them an hours and 30 mins) which meant we had to wait to unpack and get settled- they had no alternative premium rooms (only standard) so we lived with the crack in the sink) but we’re not offered any type of compensation or formal apology.
