Great location shame about the room
Pros:

Great location , good breakfast , comfortable bed

Cons:

The view from our window was appalling , right next to the air conditioning units for the whole hotel.and over the ash felt . Asked to be moved and they moved us along 3rooms and we were placed directly in front in of noisy air conditioning units . The room was a basic price I was told and that’s why we were placed there. However they should tell you that upon booking, I would have chosen another hotel!
The room was about a 5min walk from the lifts and also had a problem with moths . They were everywhere.
The food served in the restaurant in the evening was in many cases from a ready meal . Very poor quality food.

Uncomfortable night.
Pros:

Central location. Easily walk from the hotel to all the major attractions.

Cons:

When we first entered our room we found empty cigarette boxes next to kettle, so the room obviously hadn't been serviced to an acceptable standard.
It was very noisy throughout the night due to doors slamming loudly constantly.
The bed was extremely hard which made it very uncomfortable, so due the bed and the noise I had no sleep at all and couldn't wait to get home, which is a shame because up until bedtime we'd had a very pleasant time.

Pros:

The situation of the hotel was perfect and there was a lot of parking. All the facilities were available.

Cons:

As soon as we opened the door to our room we were aware of the smell of excrement and it remained for the entire 24hours around our bathroom.
The entire hotel felt very impersonal, like an airport hotel..
Lots of bright lighting in corridors which seems very wasteful when we are urged to economise on water etc.

Really relaxing in a great location.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable and I could have a bath if I preferred it over the shower. Breakfast was great - a really good range of options, including steamed green veg for the cooked options, which I'd like to see at more breakfast places, though I know many people will think it an abomination- you could have a full English without any healthy vegetables though! I also enjoyed the lamb rump the evening I ate in. It's in a really good location for the town centre RSC and Shakespeare sites, too.

Cons:

Cheaper car park. £13 a day isn't that unreasonable, but I feel it could be included in the room price.
