Expensive and slightly lacking in room facilities but in a great location
Pros:

The Riverside restaurant breakfast room was very clean and well staffed, with friendly, helpful, people. The breakfast offer and quality was excellent.

The hotel location is great - just a stroll across to the theatre, park, river and the town's attractions.

We liked the provision of slippers and bath robes, as well as a proper hairdryer - a definite bonus.
We liked the space and quietness in the room.

The 24-hour parking cost was helpful and reasonable and there were plenty of spaces.

Cons:

The bed was far too hard.
The room was quite cold when we arrived and there was no way of getting any heat through the fan system.
There was no selection of teas and very few milks.
The shower had no controls for altering the temperature, other than using a coin to alter the fixed setting.

Good comfortable hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Our room had everything you need and a very comfortable bed, although a really long way from reception! Perfect location to see Stratford and breakfast was very good. The staff were very well trained and friendly.

Cons:

Although breakfast was good, I don't think the breakfast lounge is big enough for such a large hotel as we had to queue for about 5 mins for a table. Not really a problem but this was the third time we had stopped at this hotel and each time has been the same.

some issues but will definitely stay again.
Pros:

excellent location close to the town centre and the theatre. good breakfast but the restaurant was very busy on Sunday morning. Plenty of parking available but £13.00 for 24 hours seems a trifle excessive when you are guest at the hotel.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work effectively and there was no way of opening the window. Also the fridge didn't cool our water bottle down. It seemed to be faulty.

2 night stay in a premium room
Pros:

Very close to town - beautiful outdoor space overlooking the lake - loved the added access to the club house with our room choice, loved the complimentary robes and slippers. The room was comfy with a huge bed with air conditioning, mini fridge with complementary water, lovely views and clean.

Cons:

The car parking fee was very expensive (£13 for 24 hours stay - we stayed 2 nights) just felt this was very rude considering how much we paid for our room. Also breakfast was extra, again for how much they charge for a room you would at least expect a discount and not the full £17 each per day (we didn't opt in for breakfast for these reasons). The room was in need of a bit of TLC- wood coming away on bathroom draw, paper peeling away from wall and a wonky fridge but this didn't impact our lovely stay.

Excellent hotel and great stay
Pros:

The hotel and room were super clean. Breakfast was a good selection and better than most. The pool was closed for maintenance, but that was the only disappointment.

Was very happy with the the experience and stay.
