It was slum like, I was shocked at the poor condition.

Room smelled like mold, musty; breakfast options were low quality-one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in a long time

Our stay was fine overall, but the room wasn't that clean and hotel in general was old, if not a little run down.

It was a good stay, just a few minor problems, the carpets were dirty, as in old stains, all over thebmain of the hotel hallway and in the room. But the service was excellent, our room's fridge was not working, and they found a solution quickly. And just really nice people at the front desk. Breakfast was nice enough.

The property is in poor condition.

Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The man at the front desk very friendly, indoor pool was nice and breakfast had a lot of different options.

Hotel is minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Yorktown. Also very conveniently located to a ton of food and shopping places. From desk staff was very friendly and courteous.

All the hotel need cleaning attention

advertised hot tube out of order. was told by employee of different motel that hot tubs are a pain so they just say out of order do not know is this is the case paul

Landscaping needs attention

Its been a few years since my last visit, but this time around was a different experience.
My guess is there has been a change in ownership/management cause it shows. Breakfast was poor, it use to be above average and edible
The pool was dark and a bit cool, no hot tub.

While the front desk staff was wonderful the place definitely is run down. The carpets are dirty and threadbare. In our room the walls were stained and the bathroom had broken hooks. The pool was disgusting, hair and dirt all around the pool deck and the water was murky at best. The hot tub was broken as were several of the chairs.
There are a lot of hotels in the area, spend the extra $$$ and go elsewhere.

Hallway carpet was stained and look bad. Pillows were tiny and uncomfortable.

Not to my expectations

This place was not in great condition. First, they sent us to a room that was never cleaned. Beds weren’t made, and the bathroom was filthy. I had to bring all of my families luggage back down stairs to a different room. Next, all we(family of 4) got our new room my son decided get a shower. The hot water lasted 5 mins. I called down to the main lobby and they said that there was a fire in the neighborhood earlier that day and the water pressure was off that why we didn’t have hot water. The next morning I got a shower and again the hot water didn’t last longer than 5 mins. My dad family and would never stay there again.

Great hotel for a short stay - comfortable, quiet, good breakfast, nice and walkable to nearby restaurants.

This property should be shut down. It is very old musty, moldy smelling. The property is overgrown, garbage all over, broken down car by the parking lot. That’s been there for a long time. The fed around the outside of the pool is falling down, and some pieces are tied up with string. The hot tub has been broken for months. The couch in the main lobby is old and falling apart. The lights in the parking lot are broken and out. The bathroom in the main lobby is locked and broken. The door leading in from the back is broken and never works. They double charged me then refused to do anything preventing me from being able to go stay at another hotel because the funds are tied up with this hotel. Do not stay here.
