All in all it was a decent sta accommodating, family friendly with great location.
Pros:

Location wise it was great , right by the beach and pismo pier shops and eateries. Walk out of your room door and you can see the ocean. Staff were friendly and accommodating to requests in a timely manner no questions asked.

Cons:

Breakfast was just eh , not too much . Some pastries, oatmeal, banana and oranges more on the go type of breakfast nothing to really fill up on before you leave for the day. Rooms could use some TLC and updating but for the location and price compared to others around it made sense.

Comfortable and convenient to walk to everything.
Pros:

The room was impeccably clean. The bed was so comfortable.

Cons:

The room had an overwhelming scent of cleaning solution. Maybe cut it with water? Seemed like it was concentrated and not diluted at all. Just a minor thing.
