Excellent stay
Pros:

Our rooms were spotless and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location is superior considering the beach is right there and theres a short path down the stairs to the beach. The pool was nice, not too cold at all. Perfect swimming temp. Breakfast was better than expected and had a nice variety of choices. The property was beautiful and quiet at night. I didnt feel judged or micromanaged during my stay. No one bugged us or acted overly helpful so we had a nice private weekend to spend with family.

Cons:

Pool was definitely crowded with people not willing to let anyone else enjoy the spa but its to be expected for holiday weekends which also effects parking as well.

Best location, cost effective and can’t wait to stay here again!
Pros:

Loved our room, we were in the executive suite! Spacious and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Will 100% be staying here for our next Pismo trip!

Cons:

Our room had a lot of windows that didn’t have blackout curtains, but that’s a preference of mine, not a problem

Took $50 deposit …. and they never deposited it back to my account* never had issues with any other stays at Pismo. All other facilities reimbursed as soon as I checked out* past 10 business days and called they staff don’t care* The staff was unpleasant made me and my family feel unwelcomed* NEVER WILL GO BACK

Staff** unpleasant *** not welcoming *** made you feel uncomfortable when you came down for breakfast…….. always starring *** never again
