It was great!
Pros:

Beautiful view of the bay from our room and a short walk to the beach! Loved that we could walk to Mo's for dinner as well. The room is spacious, with a small couch in addition to the 2 queen beds. Overall, our stay was excellent!

Cons:

The property and furniture is a little run down, but clean and comfortable! The parking lot is pretty tight, so if you are driving a large vehicle, it could be a little tricky to maneuver.

Front desk staff when I arrived to see about an early check in was not friendly. When I checked in that staff person was friendly!

The area is great.

Cons:

The staff, a woman was always on her phone in the back, didnt pay attention. The breakfast was barely anything and the coffee was empty quickly and noone refilled anything. Looks like they brought in vending machines and will charge for food instead of providing it. Used to be a great place we went ro yearly, now it kinda sucks! Not going anymore. Mainly staff seem annoyed to be bothered with checking in and refilling empty food and coffee 30 mins after 'breakfast" started!

Beautiful birthday by the bay
Pros:

The location was great and view too. Loved that people were walking their cute dogs. Can't wait to come again with the whole family and our own dogs.

Cons:

The bed was bit hard and uncomfortable. I ended up on the couch by morning. The breakfast was good but maybe just a tat more protien would have been nice.

I paid a higher price for a ocean view which is advertised.i get there and they told me they do not even have ocean view rooms. Bayview only
That's false advertising. .the rate that night on booking.com for the same room double queen Ocean view pet friendly was over 100less for same three nights. The y put us in a room directly across from the ice machine soda machine employee cleaning and restock room ect .the room it self was not very clean breakfast choices were ricecrispies cheeros waffles and plain beagles regular coffee no decafe no tea ...and the staff were not very friendly or seem to care if you were unhappy .we drove 3.5hrs. to extremely disappointed ☹️😞.we will not be back nor would we recommend this location.. no remote for ceiling fan/light pee stains on carpet doors dirty from previous guest pet . definitely not worth the 600 we spent /with pet fees

Check in when got there a sign us up be back soon, then when the girl showed up not that plesent not a smile a welcome nothing. Are you checking in name. Wow!!

Our stay here was ok the room was nice and clean and not outdated except the shower. The view of the bay and ocean was nice.

Alot of bad points
Came here for a relaxing night from our daily hustle and bussle of life. Which was disappointing. The porch light you cant turn off or on yourself there on a timmer until they turn off at about midnight So we didn't sit outside at night which was a bummer cause it was a nice night out.

The breakfast
Alot of carbs no proteins was very disappointing.

Shower another story
The shower head hardly has water pressure.

Not worth the money will not be back thought i would give them a chance since our normal hotel was booked since we frequent the beach quit often.
And the soaps and shampoos
Nasty smelling patchouli rose should not be a hotel body hair wash as some people are allergic to thos type of smell fragrance. for shampoo and the body wash is eucalyptus mint smells nasty..then its all natural which im all for.
Sink facets are hard to turn on when you finally get it turned on you get alot of water pressure and water all down the front of you. Not a nice look and have to change.
