Location. Rooms moderate and good size
La vista è davvero suggestiva, la camera è grande e i letti comodi
La struttura è fatiscente e sembra poco pulita. La colazione è scarsa servita in una sala piccola e sporca. La ragazza alla reception non è stata molto gentile. Se non avessi pagato in anticipo, avrei cambiato albergo.
Le camere affacciano tutte sulla baia, inutile prendere quelle con balcone (a prezzo leggermente più alto) visto che i balconi sono piccoli e pieni di piccioni
Receptionist was not friendly, could not understand her at times. Room was filthy, not what we expected. View was great. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing was gluten free. We did not eat there. We had to go out and find breakfast. No new towels were offered. No notice of anything on table. No clock anywhere. Bathroom fan noise was really really bad!!

The location and the balcony/view
The pillows were so uncomfortable. They had absolutely no fluff and were flat. I had to use 3 just to get some kind of soft to them and then it wasn’t the greatest. They really need to upgrade them.
My sliding door did not lock but I was on the 4th floor so it was not much of a concern to me
If I could give a zero score I would. We checked around 5pm.
#1 We soon discovered the microwave didn't work. I informed the desk lady about the problem. She said I could use the microwave in the lobby. #2 Around 11pm we woke up to an extremely hot room. The thermostat didn't work. We opened the window and sliding glass door to cool down the room.
#3 At 11:30 I used the toilet. After flushing the toilet tank water kept running. I removed the lid and discovered the the water was rising to the point of overflowing. I turned off the water valve. We had to turn the water on and off after each use.
#4 At 7am my wife informed the rude, condescending, morning clerk, Jeff is his name. He offered her a plunger. She asked for the manager. She was given a card with the managers name and number on it. Her name is Moni.
#5 After repeated calls Moni wouldn't answer her messages. We escalated this situation the the corporate level. When we were contacted a ticket number was given to us.
#6 After repeated calls we were given 2 more ticket numbers. 5 days later and still no appropriate response.
The Rooms are so so on the cleaning because i had used towels in the bathroom a long with someone used soap had hair all over it it's a good thing i bring my own
But it was very warm when i was there and the only ac is in the hallway the lady at the front desk told me to look on the wall for the control remote and there was nothing i had to go back to the front desk and i explain their wasn't one she look at me like i was crazy i finally got her to go to my room and look for herself i told her was too hot to sleep like that i finely got a box fan to use
they are a little rude up at the front desk and don't care about their customers it's as if they just don't care i overheard one say that one of the rooms that was book the guess would not be getting because they gave it to someone else
so, if you dent mind then stay there with no ac a dirty bathroom then your good
The location was great, easy beach access.
Expected quality faciilities for the cost.
Facilities need maintenance. Plaster was missing in spots. Carpet edge was fraying around bathroom door.
Location was good.
The hotel was very dirty, carpet were wet, dogs hair all over the room, sink drainage was bad. The staff we talked and complained were very rude especially the East Indian lady and the big guy. We booked the hotel a week before we got there and there was five vacancy available but the gave us the last room with no balcony on first floor. We asked if they change our room, but the big guy said (if you don’t like the room , you can check out) Very rude staff, they think we stay there for free.
Location was awesome and it was mostly clean had hot water
The room was hot no way to cool it down. The bed was rock hard my husband had to sleep on the sofa. All night long there was a clicking sound in the room. There was no water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast
Budget conditions. Price should be lower for what you get. Good location and view. Pleasant staff. Generally older and run-down accommodations. Stained furniture. Thin walls. Could hear next-room neighbors talking into the night. Upstairs room seemed to be housing an elephant in hiking boots. Breakfast is very minimal. Items gone early. (Not the hotel's fault, but as we were entering breakfast, a woman (guest) was leaving with the entire contents of the fruit bowl piled high on her plate. Guess she doesn't like to share.)
Location was ok not the best as beach access was covered in old logs
The whole stay
The property placement on the Siletz Bay is wonderful. The walk ways are safe, the wild life offers great views. I had binoculars to identify a variety of birds and the sea lions can really scramble about.
The lack of a pool.
The property was on the bay and we had a good view but that was the good.
The furniture was beat up,the carpet was torn and dirty. The shower handle was messed up. The breakfast was a joke.
