Decently priced, but not worth the stay considering the parking and breakfast issues.
Pros:

Price for a two night stay was reasonable. The male staff member at front desk was friendly, but clearly over worked and stressed.

Cons:

When checking in, the female staff member at the check-in-counter was struggling to provide a positive attitude.

ROOM, My room was far from cleaned/ blood stain on the carpet at soon as you enter, looked like it was never touched, had just dried to the carpet as it sat there/ sand on the ceiling, dust accumulation everywhere, and debris from previous occupants still there.

PARKING is beyond less than ideal, especially for long SUV’s, not only not enough parking options, but the parking lot is way compact and a big struggle for maneuvering vehicle.

BREAKFAST, MOST disappointing was the breakfast situation. I was at breakfast less than an hour after they opened and there were no cups for juice/coffee, no coffee brewed. The only hot food option was waffles, and the area was an absolute mess! For non hot items, there were a few cuties and small apples that looked old. Otherwise, there were 3 small/old bagels and two very cheep/flavorless types of serial. And that was it. Every person coming and going from the breakfast area was highly disappointed by the lack of food options and the lack of cleanliness. When the associate on duty came around because people were complaining, he said, they never have more options because it’s not in the hotels budget. Overall, he tried to help replenish the waffle batter and items, but he agreed that the situation of funding was/has been a big problem.

3 out of 10. I will not be returning.
Pros:

The breakfast was awful. The staff was late every morning for open. Nothing was ready. Choices were very few for breakfast. The milk for cereal was expired. We ended up skipping the last day and went out to eat.

Cons:

The only good part about the room was the bed and balcony.

Nice place, I like it. I'd come back.
Pros:

NIce view, the only lodging on this trip where I wanted to leave the window shades up. A good place to spend the night and if the weather was too terrible to go outside then it wouldn't be a bad place to spend the day looking out over the bay.

Cons:

I wouldn't describe the architecture and view as spectacular but it does the job. Actually it was better than any of the other hotels I stayed at on this trip!
