We were grateful we had a place to stay. At the same time we will not be staying there again.
Pros:

It was across the street to a coffee shop

Cons:

It looked very run down. Looks like there is no upkeep both for the outside of the building and indoor in the room. (For the staff-the lady at the counter for check in was wonderful. The second day of our stay, no one came and made the bed or cleaned the bathroom. I asked someone to change our bedding the first morning, if I had not, then I wonder if it would had been cleaned. The man at counter at our check out time was borderline rude.it was like we were bothering him when we were telling him we were checking out.

Location. The bathroom appeared to be updated the last 10 years.

Cons:

The lobby signage was off putting. The room was clean but dated back 40 years. Thr carpet, drapes, bedding was creepy. No usb available..

The carpet was very dirty smelled like dog in the hallway. It smelled like dog pee. The staff were very rude. They had no guest etiquette. The breakfast could have been better. There was really only one thing. Everything in the room was super old and obviously needed repair. My window didn’t even shut all the way and there was no parking at all.

Enjoyed the space, but didn’t enjoy hidden costs.
Pros:

It was reasonably clean for the price. Nice quiet corner overlooking the bay.

Cons:

The app said my pet stays free, but they charged me $25 when I got there. Other people checking in had the same experience, and they cashier was very apathetic about the whole situation.

Great clean comfortable location with beautiful bay access
Pros:

The access was great. We were on first floor but they do have an elevator which is nice compared to other rooms in the area. The ice maker was close. They had a vending machine. The room was clean. Comfortable. The patio was delightful. We had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

Great location, but that's about it. Staff at desk not friendly at all.

Great location to the bay!

Cons:

Old food crumbs and chips in the drawer, large crack in bathroom door, black mold in window, window sill rotted, coffee table old and heavily stained, stained carpet and pulled up at seam, and garbage under headboards. Not clean at all!
