The front desk man on Saturday was not helpful. He yelled at my grandkids for wanting to eat at 9am.
The lower level room.
Very poor. Coffee was only thing good. Nothing but waffles.
Room was not clean and had to ask for clean towels. Shower head leaked water on bathroom floor
I like the location of the Motel..
The bath tub nozzle was broken. The couch in our room was ripped and dirty.
The floor in the lobby had some muddy foot prints on the floor. The lobby also had a fried food smell when you walked in. In the morning it smelt better because people were making waffles, but in the evening it smelt again of fried food.
The location
Very noisy the fire alarms kept going off in the middle of the night. The fire Marshall was frustrated because they kept having to come out. A waste of resources I’m sure. I was promised to be compensated for the inconvenience in an email. And I was asked to call the manager. They still have not called me back.

The ocean view
The folks that brought two dogs that were not hotel dogs and they barked for at least an hour or more and then the fire alarm goes off early in the morning

Parking, Dirty Room, Items Broken in room, scratched/worn out furniture. Things around facility falling apart, water damage to door and walls, tear in carpet with exposed staples, and a lot more issues.
Never got the breakfast due to medical emergency caused by their facilities. Wife fell on poorly lit steps causing ambulance to come. Shattered collarbone and damaged ac joint on right as well as left thumb.
Staff never inquired status during, after or even at required early checkout. As though nothing had ever happened. Planned stay cut a day short. We were still billed and will have medical bills and pain to remember for months if not years.
It's on the water of the bay, but you can't hear the ocean. The maintenance guy was friendly.
The room 211 was not ready to be rented, neither sink worked properly, the toilet ran all night. The patio was tiny and had broken screens / doors that didn't slide well.

The Indian manager lady was dismissive of our issue with the sinks, lied about the maintenance guy being there to fix it in 10 min (he fixed it the next day). Really the room shouldn't have been rented out in its condition.
It was not clear on their website or on booking.com that you could not leave your dog in the room unattended. This should have been made more prominent.
The only thing I like is the location. Nothing else
When I booked my double queen room with balcony and Ocean view I was happy. When I checked in I was asked to sign the paperwork for the room and then got handed my room keys. After I got to my room I realized that I was given a room without a balcony that I paid extra for. I figured it must be a mistake and I went down to the front desk. I then got told that they didn’t have the room I booked available for me because they let another guest extend their stay. The only thing they said they could do for me was offer a late checkout, which did me no good because we had a full day the next day and always check out and leave the hotel early in the morning.
It is also irritating that I was not informed at check-in about the change in rooms. I had to find out for myself by going back downstairs.
Also, the shower dripped all night.

This place is close to everything and has a small breakfast. Straight to the beach out the front door. Views of bay but sunsets are nice.
Had problems with the major fire alarm 🚨 system. Went off total of 4 times mostly in middle of night. Bad part was no explanation from mgmt. not good. My granddaughter had a panic attack so that was an issue. I asked to seek reimbursements for trouble but still not heard a word. It’s sad they can always take your money but when something happens no one cares.
Great view. Beds comfortable but a little soft for my liking. Room clean. Location was great.
There is a $25.00 pet fee added to room fee. Breakfast was minimal. Cereal and fruit . Front desk person was rude and dismissive. Seemed like she would much rather be somewhere else.
