No me parece bien que reserve una habitación grande para dos adultos y dos niños y me cobren de mas por poner camas para los niños , si me lo dicen antes por 300 € la noche cojo un 5 estrellas

Great rooms, just a bit farther from town.
Pros:

Rooms were quite, clean and comfortable. I moved to this hotel because of a bad experience in another hotel where I didn't feel safe. The staff was vey helpful. The breakfast is amazing!

Cons:

It's far from anything you want to do. You have to uber.

Great accommodations but a little far from the tourist sites.
Pros:

We stayed in a junior suite on the 18th floor and it was amazing! We got our steps in every day as we headed towards the Tagus for the tourist sites.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Excellent hotel and were made very welcome immediately upon arrival. Nuno on the front desk was prompt getting us checked in and provided an upgraded room. The lounge is a nice place to relax for breakfast, or snacks and beverages at the end of the day. We were stopping over for a flight the next day and were hoping to enjoy Lisbon for a day, however, with the torrential rain, a staff member suggested a local Portuguese restaurant only a few steps from the hotel - was a terrific experience. Would certainly stay here again and could highly recommend!

Best service and beautiful
Pros:

Had a really nice stay I met with Pedro lopes who was so welcoming and give all the best place to visit which really helped me during my trip ! 10/10 service give this man a raise also the hotel itself is beautiful
