The rooms were clean.
Breakfast was too crowded. Waiting in a long queue before entering the restaurant is not acceptable. The entrance to breakfast should be managed in a more efficient way. The egg station is too small, also making the waiting very long. I also think the quality of the food and presentation could be improved.
A clothing hanging rack should be supplied in the balcony.

They have the swimming pool is really nice. The staff are friendly and willing to help.
We have been through power cut around 8 mins twice a day. Also, the AC sound is too loud to sleep sometimes. I think might due to old building or old wires, that's why it's easier to have shortcut problem. The location is far from the public transportation.

Intanto ho prenotato per 4 persone e all arrivo in camera c era solo un letto matrimoniale, torno alla reception dove la scortesia è da padrona e gli dico dei letti che mancano riuscendo ad avere un solo letto aggiuntivo, dormendo quindi in 3 in un letto matrimoniale per 4 notti. Poi grande confusione e disorganizzazione e comunicazione nella zona ristoro, avevamo la cena compresa ma la prima sera per farsi capire e per ottenerla abbiam dovuto parlare con 4 persone differenti sballottati da ristorante e reception. Poi abbiamo avuto una perdita in bagno , abbiamo avvisato il personale e al nostro ritorno nel pomeriggio non solo non era stato riparato ma il personale delle pulizie aveva buttato sotto un asciugamano per assorbire la perdita con risultato finale chr era allagato tutto il bagno, asciugamano che poi nell ultima sera ci hanno tolto completamente e lasciato in 4 con un asciugamano da viso. Per finire in bellezza al check out mi han dovuto fare il conto 3 volte, mi avevan inserito la prima volta le cene, che avevo gia pagato, poi i drink che idem eran compresi e poi da ultimo mi han preso i soldi da soli dalla carta di credito senza autorizzazione e senza scalarmi il deposito dato perche viaggio con un cane , il tutto con una sgarbatezza unica. Noi viaggiamo tanto in tutta europa e non ci eravamo mai trovati in questa situazione .
Sem dúvida um dos melhores em que já fiquei hospedado. Excelentes instalações, excelente pequeno almoço com grande variedade e funcionários sempre simpáticos e atenciosos.
Durante a noite ouvia-se um pouco de barulho penso que seria do ar condicionado(mesmo estando desligado) mas nada que não deixasse descansar.
We stayed at the Lisbon Marriott Hotel while visiting Lisbon and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the city. It’s a busy hotel catering to both business and leisure travellers, set within surprisingly large and attractive grounds that provide a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustle of the city.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was travelling with my son, so we chose a twin room, and both beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing.
Without exception, every member of staff we encountered was professional, welcoming and genuinely friendly. The M Club Lounge was particularly impressive, offering a good selection of evening canapés together with complimentary wine and beer until 9:00 pm. Coffee, tea and soft drinks were available throughout the day. A special mention goes to Mario, whose impeccable, friendly service during the daytime made us feel especially welcome.
Breakfast in the main restaurant was good, with plenty of choice, although I felt the selection could have been a little more varied. Once again, the staff were excellent and provided attentive, efficient service.
The hotel’s location is probably its only minor drawback. It’s conveniently close to the airport, but there isn’t a great deal to see or do in the immediate neighbourhood. That said, Lisbon’s city centre is only a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. The nearest metro station is around a 10–15 minute walk, although visitors should be aware that the route is quite hilly and may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the outdoor swimming pool. After spending the day exploring Lisbon, it was a wonderful oasis to return to and relax.
For a mid-range Marriott property, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Combined with its excellent staff, comfortable rooms and relaxing facilities, I would happily award it a 5-star rating and would not hesitate to stay here again.
Die Unterkunft an sich ist sauber und das Bett war bequem.
Leider hört man den Strassenlärm sehr gut im Zimmer, was sehr störend war. Wir mussten sogar das Zimmer wechseln von 417 nach 504 und man hörte den Strassenlärm im neuen Zimmer trotzdem noch.
