Péssima experiência com staff de reservas

Cons:

- Interação com os funcionários, em específico das reservas. Tive um problema com as datas marcadas e pedi ajuda para tentarmos resolver em conjunto. As funcionárias com quem falei das reservas foram condescendentes, tinham claramente um problema e descontentamento com o facto de eu ter marcado a estadia pelo booking, não tentaram ajudar minimamente, e a falta de simpatia e de empatia já roçava a má educação. Não responderam durante dias e dias ao Booking (tenho evidências das tentativas de contacto do booking e minhas). Depois de dias ao telefone acabei por desistir e ir na mesma data, mesmo quando estava obviamente disponível a pagar a diferença total, não pedi favor nenhum, só queria alterar e seguir as regras do hotel. Total indisponibilidade e péssima atitude.
- chegámos lá e deram-nos uma lanterna miserável porque íamos ficar sem eletricidade das 00h às 2h. Ridículo.
Se forem para este hotel tenham em consideração que qualquer imprevisto ou situação que tenham, não serão minimamente ajudados. Há outros de 4 estrelas até com melhor localização.

Schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk zwembad met genoeg bedjes en gras om te relaxen.

Cons:

Prijzen voor eten en drinken waren aan de hoge kant in het hotel. Ligging is niet optimaal als je veel de stad in wilt. Dan heb je altijd een taxi nodig.
