Quarto muito confortável, bem equipado inclusive com máquina de café (incluindo cápsulas). Staff eficiente. Não sendo um hotel central, está muito próximo de transportes (metro e eléctrico) que nos colocam em 10 mn no centro de Budapeste. Existem algumas opções de restaurantes, bares e cafés, É uma zona residencial e muito tranquila, já que a rua do hotel tem muito pouco trânsito.
O meu ponto mais negativo tem a ver com a questão ambiental. É cada vez mais utilizada nos hotéis a política da troca de toalhas só a pedido do hospede, o que não acontece neste hotel. Penso que seria uma melhoria bem-vinda e que não prejudicaria o cliente.
Outra questão, que não sendo grave, seria o aumento de canais TV em língua inglesa. Neste momento além da língua húngara, a predominância é de canais em língua alemã o que é compreensível. No entanto, para quem não domina essas duas línguas, a escolha não é muito grande.

When I arrived, my room reeked of mold. I had my college confirming it, and also asked a lady in elevator to come sniff my room, she also said it smells of mold or damp. I went to reception, they sent a cleaning lady, she opened the window, sprayed some stuff on the curtains and then reported to the receptionist it's just mild smell. They fortunetely changed my room but the other one smelled also, like a shower drain. I didn't complain anymore and stayed in the room for 3 nights, and even with opened window and AC running through the night it still smelled when I left. I didn't enjoy the stay at all.
Furthermore, the fittness room is very poorly equiped.

A pótágy olyan állapotban volt,hogy nem lehetett aludni rajta. A reggeli nem igazán ízletes, és viszonylag kevés válaszék volt az ételekből. Aludni csak füldugóval lehetett,mert valami szellőző hangosan zakatolt egész éjjel.
