A good overall experience, but some small issues need looking 👀 into re air con and Pillows on beds , but overall a good

Very noisy hotel walls are like paper !
Pros:

Polite , accommodating , understanding very helpful staff ! General good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Many TV channels to browse from. Good location quite central close to shops and mainline tram / buses. Walkable distance to the town centre.

Cons:

For a Hungarian standard rooms are very dirty !!! Stained walls , patches of mould in bathroom!!! Bedsheets , towels were ok but the general cleanliness in the room and bathroom were awful!
Absolutely appalling insulation between walls , YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING what your neighbours do and say in the room next to you !!! No kettle in room to make tea.

Ho intenzione di toccare tutti i punti da recensire,proprio perché viaggio abbastanza spesso e con famiglia a seguito,e ci sono state delle cose che non ho trovato in altri alberghi come in questo.Alloggiato in junior suite 424.Ho il sonno molto molto leggero e sono una di quelle persone a cui dà fastidio la luce del mattino in stanza.È il primo albergo in cui oltre ad avere le tende oscuranti(che già vanno bene)ha anche le persiane che si possono chiudere totalmente e sono anche a comando elettrico.Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di acqua da 1.5 litro gratis, nonché macchinetta del caffè con caffè che ci rifornivano ogni giorno,la camera era junior suite perché siamo in 4 ed è molto ampia ed elegante come ho messo in foto,pulite quotidianamente.L’albergo poi è accogliente,ben tenuto,bell arredamento,all’entrata c è sempre un dispenser di acqua fresca con limone piacevole,ha ben 3 ascensori quindi è il primo albergo in cui non si deve per forza aspettare 100 anni per scendere o salire.In reception sono stati molto gentili,voglio anche specificare che ho avuto un piccolo problema perché avevano dimenticato di mettere la biancheria da letto per il divano letto di mio figlio,cose che possono capitare perché sono esseri umani,importante è che come l ho fatto presente mi hanno risolto la cosa gentilmente.Un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo.Lo sto consigliando e ci tornerei

Al massimo se proprio devo annotare qualcosa,non si teneva alto il soffione della doccia,non che la cosa rechi così tanto disagio,perché la cosa importante è che la doccia era pulita e che la temperatura dell’acqua era facile da gestire

Personalet sagde hverken hej eller goddag, hvis man selv startede med et hej fik man et surt blik fra receptionisten. Det var en meget fjendtlig oplevelse man fik fra dem man rent faktisk betaler løn til.
Vores badeværelse havde sort skimmelsvamp i loftet.
Pynte puderne på sengen var snavset og kunne godt trænge til en vask og hvis det er permenente pletter, kunne man overveje om man skulle lægge den på det rene sengetøj.
Når man så tænker på at det er et 4-stjernet hotel kunne der godt være en mini shampoo og conditioner, ikke en stor dunk med en blanding af håndsæbe, shampoo og bodywash . Måske vatpinde og/eller vatrundeller. Hvis jeg skulle give stjerne ville det være 1 og tænker klart at ham og/eller hende som i sin tid har give hotellet 4-stjerner må have været meget fuld.
