Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful 5-star hotel March 19-21, 2026. We were very grateful that the hotel assigned us a room with the amazing views of the spectacular Menan River and the large beautiful outdoor pool of the hotel. We also enjoyed the seafood buffet dinner at the hotel with a complementary bottle of champagne. All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the hotel's free shuttle boat to a subway station, where we transferred to another boat to a big renowned shopping centre. We will go back to this hotel!

Always a great experience when staying at Ramada Riverside. We especially love the boat shuttle to the pier and the tuk tuk service to Asiatique. A nice swimming pool to cool of after a hot day with very helpfull staff.

The Ramada Plaza Bangkok is a very nice hotel.
It is not in the center of Bangkok, but it is well placed at the river it even has a shuttle boat. Our room was very nice and we had riverview.
The whole hotel-team was very friendly and the breakfast was surperb.

Excellent hotel, efficient and always helpful staff, beautiful rooms (spectacular river views!).
Excellent breakfast and quality food in general (lunch, dinner). The shuttle to the BTS is convenient. The Asiatique shopping center is just a short walk away.

I Cant Fault this Hotel in Anyway just Fantastic, as we had a Extended Stay Due to the Middle East Problem so we Had Nine Nights instead of Four and They Booked us back in to the Same Room with fantastic views over the River.
The Pool Area is Lovely and the Inside Bar as well which we used a lot, we got to know the Lovely Staff well, so Thank You to Sunan the bar manager who looked after us a Lovely Lady she is and her Staff all Fantastic, The Food is good in the Hotel and Also the Breakfast as well a good Choice.
The Hotel is Located in a Ideal Location in Bangkok, we would certainly Stay here again so Thank You

It was amazing stay. Room was beautiful. Stay in amazing view. It was good area if you want to avoid city lifestyle. For me it was great place to stay if you want a calm place to relax.

We usually stay at the Chatrium Hotel nearby when in Bangkok but this time we decided to stay at the Ramada for a change and we liked it. We booked a club room for three nights and enjoyed the perks that are included in that. The room itself was very comfortable. The breakfast downstairs had plenty of choice and the Indian section was what made us take breakast in the main restaurant rather than upstairs in the Club dining area.

The swimming pool was nice but very busy. In the evening we used the hotel bar area on one occassion and were very impressed with the resident duo who both had very good singing voices. The bar staff were also very efficient .

Unfortunately we have deducted one star because our checkout at the ground floor main reception left a lot to be desired. The young man checking us out totally ignored us and made no effort to make eye contact or interact. We asked him to split a 1000 baht note so we could tip the luggage guys and he huffed and puffed as though it was too hard for him to do. He said they don't keep money behind reception and when i raised the issue with a more seniir colleague he changed it immediately. He didn't ask us about our stay or thank us for staying and he didn't wish us a pleasant onward journey. The worst checkout we've ever encountered by a either a very ignorant person or somebody who is simply in the wrong job. Having spent a lot of money at the hotel we just walked out with no interaction from anybody. A disappointing ending to what had been a nice stay unfortunately.

I recently had a booking at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside. Due to the outbreak of military actions near my transit airport and the subsequent airspace closure, I was unable to travel. Although I had booked a non-refundable rate, the hotel kindly allowed me to cancel without any fees.
I am truly grateful for their understanding, professionalism, and flexibility. The team, especially Mr. Nattapong Pimwarapun, went above and beyond to assist me. This exceptional level of service makes me confident that staying at this hotel in the future will be a wonderful experience.

We booked the concierge level package at the ramada plaza Bangkok Riverside. Our room on the 15th floor was spacious and a delightful place to have guests. Our serving teams, Arif in the evening and Edward in the morning, couldn't have been more gracious. The food was excellent with so many choices! The shuttle boat was a nice addition. Our week was a delight. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

River view location with hotel privet free boat service.very plesent atmosphere with helpfull stuff.Room are very specious with all equiepment.

Celebrated our new year at the Ramada Menam and what a delightful experience it has been! Absolutely courteous staff, excellent location and plentiful amenities. We also had executive lounge access and it was convenient to have afternoon tea and evening cocktail breaks there. I would like to especially recognise Lucas and Arif for making us feel comfortable and going out of the way to cater to our needs of vegetarian food. I would also like to thank the Chef preparing Indian food in breakfast buffet to make us feel home by preparing hot puri’s and curry every morning. Location is excellent.

One thing that sets apart this hotel is how polite and courteous entire staff is, always greeting with smiles and always ready to help. They truly made my first trip to Bangkok memorable. Most of the staff speak very good English and makes it easier to communicate. Definitely visiting again !

The price is very high but not included breakfast and the room that i got can’t see the fireworks on countdown night if you want to see you have to spend more (10k per person for the table in the restaurant in the hotel to see the fireworks) the hotel is good, staff are nice but for the countdown night I recommend other hotel along the river.

- I asked staff to heat our appetizers in the microwave, and they prepared dish with folk and knife.
- Morning buffet has various choice and delicious.
- It is convenient that lighting and aircon can be controlled by one monitor.

(Bad point)
- Check in took long time (15 minutes). And each counter has each row, not in one line like airport.
- Many pigeons in terrace for morning buffet and my buddy was stolen some food by pigeons during her taking another food.

But finally I could have comfortable time by good service of your staffs.

We stayed at Ramada Plaza Bangkok Menam Riverside from 24th to 28th December with our family, and overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.
The location is excellent, right on the Chao Phraya River, offering beautiful river views and a calm atmosphere away from the city’s chaos. The complimentary shuttle boat to ICONSIAM was extremely convenient and well-managed, making shopping and dining very easy.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, which was perfect for a family stay. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. The beds were comfortable, and the river-facing view added a relaxing touch to our mornings and evenings.
The staff deserve special appreciation—they were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth despite the busy Christmas season.
The breakfast spread was good, with a decent mix of international and Asian options. The riverside breakfast seating is especially enjoyable. The hotel premises, pool area, and lobby are well kept and give a premium feel.
Overall, Ramada Riverside is a great choice for families, especially for those looking for a peaceful riverside stay with easy access to ICONSIAM and city attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel and consider staying again in the future.

Overall good experience ,except load noisy Night Party Boats cruising by until late. Having a meal at night down in the restaurant in the evening watching the sun go down was fantastic.
Also great vantage point for celebration fireworks and drone display.
Good to have the hotel boat to central for boats and train.

Absolutely horrible experience. Honestly staff was not bad, i feel bad for them to be working at this horrible property. Rooms were obnoxiously small and horrible in terms of design and convenience. First off all, WHO PUTS A WASHBASIN INSIDE ROOM??. WTF. I was totally shocked to see it. Even after 3 days after checkout i am still angry and frustrated at the experience i got there. Oh my god worst property ever. It literally spoiled my mood for first 2 days of trip as i had to stay in this non-refundable hell like room. Absolutely disappointed and disastrous experience. I have so much more to say but i will be wasting my time on you guys. And after this much horrific and horrible Rooms designs you have the audacity to ask a customer how was the experience? LOL. How dumb your architecture team has to be and how dumb your board of directors has to be to approve this room design. Honestly I've traveled so much and never seen worst property and hopefully i never will. Because that room design really gave me trauma. I in my right senses will never ever stay at ANY RAMADA property ever again.
