Disgusting. Stains on carpet, stains on bedsheets, hair everywhere. Wore sandals in shower. Sink literally smelled awful. Absolutely gross.
Friendly staff, clean comfortable stay, good price, new development, lots of restaurants, close to i40, easy parking and good WiFi. Recommend!
We checked in about 3 pm but didn’t go to our rooms at that time. When we got back later that night, one of the two rooms that we had booked had not been cleaned. Beds were unmade, food left in room…nothing cleaned. There were no other rooms available and they offered to refund our money. There were no rooms available in Albuquerque. The front desk clerk said he would make the beds. He put the bottom sheet on and left the other clean linens for us to make the beds. We were accused of using the room earlier and that they would check the cameras to see when we arrived.
Breakfast - not a huge selection. Terrible coffee watered down
Shower - not working properly
Tv - remotel not working
Bed was clean and bathroom, no extra blankets or pillows available
The property looks nothing like the rooms on your site. It is run down and needs a complete makeover. Preferably shut down until renovations are made. The staff members we were in contact Nick who checked us in and couldn’t have been more helpful or apologetic and Kim who checked us out were extremely nice I think they are embarrassed at the state of the hotel. The location is great near highway and close to fast food restaurants. The hotel was so bad that I was ready to forgo our reservation for somewhere else however after 600 miles of driving I did not feel like driving any more. My advice - dump this hotel
Room had a stale smell. Carpet was not vacuumed. No hot water available for self serve an attendant was not interested in making some available. Breakfast had more variety of packaged donuts than anything else. Hard to believe that Wyndham would associate with lack of standard. I don’t find pleasure in being this critical; however, at $200/night, seems only fair I share this experience. I would not recommend if you can find something similar or a little pricier if you need to. The area adjacent to motel property is busy with long haul trucks.
The air conditioning was fine. The door to the room had to be pushed hard to open and close. The pipes in the shower squeaked loudly. The bed was too soft to get a good sleep. Not to mention there were mirrors behind the bed and one in front of the bed. It added to the creepy vibes. Will never stay there again.
FILTHY and POOR condition property. Breakfast was a lie unless you like Hostess Twinkies and Cupcakes for breakfast. Stayed 2 nights, first morning, only Hostess products to eat (some powdered/choco donuts in a jar), NO FRUIT, NO YOGURT, only powdered creamer, and a few cereals. Coffee was very weak, we went out to eat, and should be reimbursed, as property 'advertises' BREAKFAST!! This was nowhere near any breakfast that any human would normally consume! Hotel security cameras were not visible on a broken computer screen at front desk - not very comforting that there was little to NO security in this property. VERY UNAPPEALING upon entry - lobby (if you could call the small dirty area a lobby) had ONE broken down, filthy, sunken sofa and 3 small tables (supposedly for breakfast) w/2 chairs each. We don't live in a home that is in such filthy, disrepair, and certainly don't want to stay in a hotel like that and have to PAY for that stay and pleasure?? Just a disgusting property overall - bathroom had hair on floor and in tub, bathroom floor was filthy with urine drops/stains on floor that we cleaned off ourselves (no use reporting anything to employees that don't care), shower head was like a garden hose pouring out water that was unadjustable, room serviced AFTER ONLY 3 night stay. Folks stay in hotels and pay for that pleasure to NOT MAKE THEIR OWN BEDS, and CLEAN THEIR OWN ROOMS! GROSS in the entirety!!
Rooms were clean and we felt safe. There was hot water, although the showerhead wasn’t great. The AC worked perfectly. I’m giving 3 stars because the beds were extremely soft and hotel overall is outdated, and the front desk lady tried to charge $40 for early check-in, even though we only wanted to drop off our things.
Overall there’s no reason why not to stay here, plenty of fast food around and gas stations too.
Not healthy breakfast and beds are not really comfort.
Staff was great !! Place was clean !!
Breakfast was not up to any standard
Expired orange juice
Chocolate donuts
Twinkies and cupcakes for the main course not great for early mornings
No hot water. Called and reported it. Came and said it was fixed. Still no hot water! Lighting in room was terrible. Card readers on exterior of building were broken. Nice staff but place is run down and falling apart.
I stayed at the property during the Hot Balloon Fiesta. The rate was premium. Was it too much for me to assume that the room would be cleaned daily? When I questioned why it was not serviced, I was informed that there was a do not disturb sign left on the door. I asked the manager why it would not still be on the door upon my return. That statement was not a true recollection.
The filter on the air conditioner was not clean. I would have let that go if the room had been serviced. When I expressed my concern of the room not being cleaned, and the rate well above $200, his response was that because of the festival, I would not be able to find a room for less. (I did not expect his response to be that. It was not conciliatory.) I took pictures of the condition of the room. I was informed that housekeeping had gone for the day, so that was it.
I asked for the general manager to give me a call, as the youngster who was responding to me was definitely some kind of trainee. He indicated that he would reach out to someone. He left before doing so. Someone replaced him during the evening and indicated that the management was changing today, so my concern would not be of concern to the current manager.
If you would please provide me with contact information for the regional management for the Microtel which I stayed in while in Albuquerque, it would be appreciated.
I appreciate you reaching out,
L. Lindsay
All was well. We showered and slept

This hotel is old and in poor condition. AC very noisy. Shower barely worked. Thin towels. If you have a pet there is nowhere to walk it except the gas station across the street.
The young man in charge of getting breakfast ready would not turn on the juice machine until 7:00 even tho breakfast started at 6:30.
Bathroom floor looked to me like there was a fungus problem. Tub drain had not been cleaned. The sink drain wasn't draining because of debris in the drain.
This property is quiet but in serious need of updating. Otherwise it was fine for a single night stay.
With preventative maintenance, good management and correct training, this would be a prime location for a good start coming into Albuquerque. However, room was very small, dirty and safety concerns.
The hotel room needs some updated amenities. The bathroom sink was severely cracked and filled with black stuff- probably bacteria and mold.
