Good to see our son and his family. Had a nice dog park. Didn’t use the restaurant or facilities.

Proximity to our son.

Cons:

Staff not responsive to getting room cleaned,sheets changed. Requested 3 times but only got fresh towels once.

Equipements, amabilité du personnel, qualité des repas

Cons:

Climatisation réversible très bruyante dans le bâtiment 4. Après arrêt de celle-ci pour pouvoir dormir, réveillé à 05h00 du matin avec 16 degré dans la chambre. Beaucoup plus confortable dans le bâtiment 3 où j'ai pu être relogé à partir du 3ème jour.

Pleasant, pet friendly, well kept, clean with great amenities and staff, I’d definitely recommend.
Cons:

During our stay there seemed to always be only one person at front desk so lines were frequent. I would have expected at least 2 or 3 employees available to speed things up a bit.

Great Stay As Usual
Pros:

Room was clean and was freshly cleaned. Breakfast was amazing as usual, and the staff were super friendly as usual. Will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

No complaints. Room was ready on time and the facility was in great condition. Loved being able to walk around the pond and collect acorns.
