Best Front Desk Agent, Minela Malagic
Pros:

Stayed for over 2 weeks. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The house keeping was great. I need to make a special shout out to one off the best front desk agents...Minela Malagic, she made our stay so easy and, comfortable.

Good, but not great. If it weren't for the hard bed, we would probably stay here again.
Pros:

The room was very nice, super clean. Nice king-size bed, but it was a bit too hard for our liking. Big TV was a plus. A channel guide would have been nice, though. The breakfast was pretty good; hot items included DIY waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausage—also cereals, bagels, and muffins.

Cons:

A lot of door slamming was going on throughout the night. Also, loud talking and music playing started around 3 am. Not sure of the source, but it definitely kept us awake. The coffee dispenser at breakfast only dispensed hot water.

Great value on price. The breakfast was very good the staff was very nice and welcoming.
Pros:

The rooms was very clean the hallway was clean the breakfast bar was clean the whole place was very well kept clean.

Not a happy camper
Pros:

Location to Cracker Barrel was good

Cons:

Our room was not ready and cleaned when we arrived at 7 pm. There were no luggage carts available. The front desk clerk was more interested in flirting with other male guest in hallway then checking me in. Eggs for breakfast were so bad, my dog wouldn’t eat them.

Worst hotel stay.
Pros:

This is the worst hotel to stay at.I will never stay here again.The staff is rude.The hotel is set up wonky and the housekeepers are so loud in the hallways.At eight o'clock in the morning, you can't get no sleep.I checked in housekeeping is still cleaning at six o'clock at night.It's just rude

I didn't like nothing about the hotel. It's not a comfortable stay. It is very loud. There's a 2 inch gap on the door so you hear Everything in the hallway. You can't get no sleep. And when you call the front desk to ask the housekeepers to keep quiet in the hallway, they say they're just doing their job. Well, talking loudly in the hallway in Spanish is not doing their job.

Pros:

Location was fine

Cons:

The only problem I had was checking in. My room wasn’t ready at 3pm per the reservation. Told it wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. Left came back at 4 and room still hadn’t been touched. Continued to wait as it was ground level, which I wanted. All this waiting after making an 8 hour drive to get there did not please me at all and was promised some sort of reimbursement that I have not seen or received or notified of. Nothing! Other than that everything was fine I suppose.
