The property was clean. The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. The lady at the counter was very kind and very nice.
Overall, I liked everything about it, but I do have some concerns. I would check to see how old the beds are because a lot of them do squeak with the springs and I would make one suggestion I would change the pillows out and buy some new pillows possibly maybe the new nozzles that are coming out but definitely check the bands, not saying it was bad but it did squeak a lot other than that overall, it was good
The bed and pillows were clean and super comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of foods.
People smoking at the entrances and walking through the smoke to come in or go out.
I had stayed here a few years ago and this time seen a cleaner place and great breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Everyone encountered was pleasant to deal with…all smiles.
Keep it as is and continue to improve. I was completely satisfied. It meet all my needs.

Nothing, did not stay.
Did not find out until check in that there was an additional 100 deposit, and was charged for that, after being told i was NOT charged, so now im waiting for my money. All the staff at the front desk was extremely rude to me and several others that were there to check in at the same time i was. Whoever the little blonde was working at 3 on 9/12/26, has a terrible attitude and needs to learn to not yell at customers.
The breakfast should have been until at least 10am.
I didn't like the fact that I was not told there was a $100.00 deposit. Also my room was only supposed to be like $70.00 and I paid over a hundred dollars

Nothing really. I mean the room was mostly clean.
The staff was poor, I had asked for a rollaway bed for my room prior to my stay, when I arrived there was not one in my room and when I asked the front desk about it I was told it would be brought to my room and I never got it. Also one of the things we looked forward to was the pool as I have a young child and the pool was RIDICULOUSLY cold way to cold for us to get into and giving the fact that it was July one of the hottest months of the year it was kind of ridiculous. And the dining areas for breakfast were very dirty.
Easy access into St. Louis. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Breakfast available.
